I had just been to another dental clinic in Leominster, where I was seen by a young dentist who spent more time looking at x-rays of my teeth than actually looking in my mouth, then told me I needed 4 teeth extracted immediately, or I might risk the chance of sepsis from an infection in one of the teeth. He listened to my story of what had happened, looked at the same set of x-rays and examined my mouth, telling me that, "Yes, some of these teeth may need to come out, but not now." We proceeded on that basis. Some of those teeth have had to come out, but both the process and the cost were far more agreeable. And speaking of agreeable, Dr. Cronin is simply a very nice guy. Dr. Cronin now is semi-retired and I am seen by Dr. Dani, who is probably the most relaxed dentist I've ever seen. At the end of my first session with him, we fist-bumped--it came out of nowhere, feeling completely natural. He was able to fit me in quickly because he knew it was one of my front teeth. Hard to smile when working with the public like I do. He fixed that quickly and was very reasonably priced. Since then he has been my regular dentist and his office has performed cleanings, filled cavities and even put in a brand new crown on a tooth that was too far gone for a filling. All the work has been GREAT! One of the things that I like about Dr. Dalwin is the way he treats you as a patient. He literally relaxes you with his personability. I would never treat my patients in the manner I was treated, nor would I allow my staff to do so. Patients have the right to ask questions about their care. When I did, your assistant responded by rolling her eyes, saying, "We have to take this X-ray because we cannot see through a person to see infection," and then stormed out like a child. Shortly after, you entered and mirrored the same dismissive behavior. You didn't examine the site in question but instead tried to pressure me into the X-ray. You nearly ripped the napkin from my chest and gestured for me to leave. As I exited, your assistant mockingly said, "buh bye." We are no longer each other's concern, but future patients deserve to know how they might be treated. I suggest you stop replying defensively on Yelp and start addressing the underlying issue--your approach to patient care. You're welcome.

William Coakley III, aka BJ, is in a league of dentistry on his own - outside of being - BY FAR - the best dentist I've ever even heard of, he's such a great guy. They have incredible equipment, and abilities! His listening skills, and memory is remarkable. I let him know about some diet habits, and had casual conversation such as the type of music we both liked learning we had very similar taste in music, back in November of 2018 - When I walked into the room to have four crowns put in yesterday he had U2 (my favorite band) playing the entire time for the 3 hour appointment we had scheduled! It's little things like that, which to me, go a very long way. Being in sales, two major key factors are Confidence and your Smile! Outside of just being, genuinely, a great guy - I am in awe at the work he has performed, giving me the same (if not BETTER) smile I had 25 years ago! Absolutely painless through the entire process! I did have to do a root canal from another business, who I would NOT recommend honestly, but it did give me a chance to see how amazingly painless everything they did for me was! Dr. Calagione was very empathetic and reassuring and talked me through the entire procedure. I get my annual dental cleanings done here too and I've never had any issues with billing.
