Dr Lee shared pictures of my affected tooth. She took the time to be thorough prepping for the crown and explained what she was doing thru the process. It's worth it to have an honest and ethical dentist. He was correct as to the problem with tooth #5 as to do the right exploration to determine it was a hopeless vertical crack whereas Lang's suggested root canal. Sure enough it was exactly what Dr. Brown said; a hopeless crack because when the oral surgeon removed it, it came out in 2 vertical segments. Erin Deedy: I had a spontaneous gum inflammation to tooth #15 that just came out of nowhere as in the same day it was fine, later that day the area inflamed. Dr. Deedy took me in at the last minute and was on target with what it was; inflammation coming from the deep periodontal pockets and she did an isolated cleaning and flushing to that tooth which was exactly what I wanted. I am very grateful for her good timing and also 'hearing me out' as to what I suspected it could most likely be. The whole staff is always very patient with me too.

Don't. I'm changing dentists…read more After 2 years, my family and I are moving on. Every appt I make, it either gets cancelled same day or rescheduled. I've showed up for my appt and no one is around to greet me for 10-15 min. My last straw was when i came in for my appt, and the dr literally said "I have to go" you're in good hands (meaning the hygienist) she left, I never even got to see my Dentist! So unprofessional

Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist's office. As a new patient I had filled out their…read moreforms and mailed them in about a month or so prior to my appointment (just a routine cleaning) to make sure everything went smoothly. I had to line up a babysitter for my two toddlers in order to go to the appointment. When I went in the tech acted like they had no information on me and started with the health history all over again. If they actually hadn't received the forms, you would think that they would have had me fill these out in the waiting room instead of the tech going through 2 pages of questions verbally. The first question she asked was if I'm under a doctor's care. I told her I'm under the care of an oncologist as I have breast cancer, but I am NOT currently on any treatment whatsoever as I have an upcoming surgery. The tech immediately stated that I would need clearance from my oncologist in order to receive a cleaning. I told her I don't need clearance as I'm not on any treatment (which means absolutely Nothing, no chemo, no medication), and if I needed clearance my oncologist would have told me so. She continued to insist that I need clearance and tried to call his office, which was not open for another hour. Then she tried to get me to come back in 3 hours. I told her I have two toddlers at home with a sitter and could not drag this out for another 3 hours waiting for a clearance that I don't need in the first place. She continued to go on about how its her license on the line even though I had signed an Informed Consent for Treatment document and sent it in with the rest of the paperwork. She made me feel as though I was a liar about not being on treatment, and a liability to her career because I have cancer. I finally gave up arguing with her and told her point blank that having cancer has already made my life a living hell, but now I can't even get my teeth cleaned because of it? Then I walked out the door. I understand the tech felt like she needed to keep herself covered but that's why they have patients fill out consent forms and release their liability if anything goes wrong. This office was beyond unprofessional, obviously disorganized, not to mention clueless and insensitive about their patients. I left there feeling as though I wasn't just a person needing a routine cleaning, just a big red X with cancer that they wanted nothing to do with.

Outstanding!…read more Finally! Dr. Garibyan, an oral surgeon who specializes in "All-on-4," also known as full mouth implants, performs extractions, bone grafting, implants, places the prosthetic teeth, and can provide general anesthesia. Most cosmetic dentists I've met referred me to oral surgeons for tooth extractions, bone grafts, and implant surgery. The dentist only provides the implementation of the cosmetic teeth. I was quoted $45,000 for the oral surgery procedures and $45,000 for the dentist by four separate dental practices. Two of the practices didn't offer anesthesia, only novocaine and Xanax. One prosthodontist who didn't offer anesthesia actually told me that pulling all of my teeth and inserting metal implants into my jawbone wouldn't hurt! Patients of Dr. Garibyan seeking full mouth implants can avoid the exorbitant costs associated with using two dental professionals." Dr. Garibyan and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am very pleased and relieved with my new implants and highly recommend Premier Center for Oral Surgery.

Dr. Annese and every single member of his staff are genuinely kind, patient, and compassionate. Dental anxiety is real, and for years I dreaded appointments. That has completely changed because of this practice. They take the time to explain everything, listen to concerns, and actually care about how you feel about your treatment. My opinion has always mattered here, and that makes a world of difference. Because of Nashoba Valley Dental, I view my dental health differently. I feel empowered, informed, and confident. They have helped me regain confidence in my smile and in myself, which is something I never thought I would say about a dentist. The environment is welcoming, the care is thoughtful, and the professionalism is unmatched. Every visit reminds me why I trust them completely. Honestly, after my experience, I am convinced some of the negative reviews must have gone to a different office ‍. This team is out of this world, and they have truly changed my life.
