He's always on time, he makes decisions carefully and he is so precise with his dental work. I had to have two crowns done with him, and he did such an amazing job. I have no sensitivity in the areas that he treated. I have had other crowns done in the past by other dentists, and I always have to go back to have them reshaped due to sensitivity. This was not the case with Dr. Cogliano. I am so sad that I moved and had to change my dentist, as I live in California now. It is so hard to find a good dentist out there. He tried again, adding extra cement material which made it stick out like a huge tooth. It was placed on crooked, doesn't line up and he made it more white. This was meant to be a quick fix so he could redo both front teeth at another appointment. However, once I mentioned I was from CA and how much I typically pay there the estimate was jacked up to conform. Nowhere in the nation do they charge $700 for a chair bonded tooth. Now I am stuck with a horrible look which means no more smiling! I can buy a plane ticket to LA and with bonding included at $350 be far ahead of dealing with this work. I'm extremely upset that a dentist has no regard for your smile and would attempt to overcharge.

As someone who has a few diagnosis' that require attention to detail and care, I was well taken care of. For example, I do not like being laid all the way back as I have severe sleep apnea and I am a fat woman with large breasts. With those two factors, it can be harder for me to breathe if I am overly extended on my back. Dr. David was so great about it and stood to do work on my mouth even though I think I would have been ok! I'll be real with you, I was expecting some old white dude in his 50s or 60s because that is what I have always had for dentists, but turns out he is a educated young professional with a passion for dentistry so I had no doubt he could hang and get my humor. He made pleasant conversation and asked me questions about myself such as what I do for work, where I am from, and any additional medical diagnosis' he should know about. He is a natural speaker and made sure to equally share about himself when asked. He cleaned my teeth and wasn't upset when I gave him the time old lie that everyone tells their dentist "yes, I TRY to floss," haha! The following day I came in for a filling...it's almost as if we should floss to avoid those nasty little cavities! (Dr.David if you're reading this, I floss now and I'm not lying!) My second visit he was just as pleasant as the day prior, if not more and shared a bit more about his experience in dentistry with me. I won't go too into detail, but Dr. David shared his willingness to work with a troubled population who needed extra care for their dental work AND enjoyed providing the service out of the kindness of his heart so of course the social worker in me was geeking out that I ended up with such a badass dentist who would take on such a task that other dentists would refer out for. I also met the wonderful Jeanelle who happens to be his sister (It's a family practice by the way!!!) She was a woman of few words (or maybe Dr.David and I talk too much? just kidding lol) but when she did speak, she was kind and friendly. She let me know she is en route to become a dentist as well! Go Jeanelle Go!!! I did not have the pleasure of meeting the fabulous Dr.Rachelle Ezzi but she wore the sweetest doctor cap that said "I love my dentist, he is my son!" David and Jeanelle were awesome, no doubt she is a wonderful dentist and mother to guide her children into dentistry and throughout their journeys as DMDs. The front desk coordinator greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Not only does Dr. Chan pay super close attention to you being comfortable in her chair but her work is amazing. I first came for a cleaning and it was probably the best cleaning I've ever had. She took her time with me and listened to any of my concerns and gave amazing advice. I came back a couple weeks later to get two (pre bonded) teeth fixed just from having them for years of general wear and tear. I always dreaded getting them re done because the first couple times weren't all that great. Going to Dr. Chan was a complete 360 experience. She was so gentle, kind and understanding of my concerns and made my dream teeth come to life. I couldn't recommend her more to literally anyone. Thankfully I didn't have many issues even though it had been a while since going to the dentist, but I will definitely go back for regular cleanings and when other issues need to be fixed. I didn't get oversold on anything either, which is important to me as my last dentist was too much in that area. Thank you for making my first encounter so pleasant.

Excellent in EVERY way!…read more Yesterday, I fractured my front tooth. I called Dr. McCarthy's office and was offered an 8:15am appointment today. I live about 10 minutes away from the office, so I left with time to spare. I did not realize that I would encounter a detour that resulted in me being 20 minutes late for my appointment. I called ahead to alert the office and received a warm greeting; "That is fine, I will let the doctor know." I went to the appointment and I no more than sat in my chair when I was called back. As I walked to the treatment room, several employees said hello and called me by name. (Grant it I'm not a frequent flyer at the office, I normally show up every six months.) I sat in the chair and within a minute Dr. McCarthy came in with a smile to say hello and asked how my husband was doing. (My husband is also a patient.) Dr. McCarthy went straight to the procedure and within 15 minutes, I was finished. He explained what he had done and what to expect, but he also went on to say that we have patched the tooth before and we may want to consider a more long term solution. He offered to go ahead with impressions so if I decided to move forward with the long term solution, I would not have to come back to the office. As I was leaving, his wife (who is also a dentist at the practice) yelled goodbye down the hallway and called me by name. From start to finish, I felt that I was part of a family. They made me feel welcome, no matter if I was late for the appointment. Everyone from start to finish made me feel that I was the most important part of their day. Every office should strive for this type of customer service. I have nothing but great things to say this office and highly recommend them.
