The visit itself was very thorough and Dr. Jadeja took time to explain my condition and answered all my questions. He seems very informed and up to date on current practices. I had an issue with one of the prescriptions and a simple phone call was all that he needed to promptly re-order them to my mail-order pharmacy. Will definitely be coming back and will refer my friends and family!

So, pleased that I've referred my mother, my aunt, and my daughter to the practice. I've also recommended the practice on local web pages (Facebook, etc.) Unfortunately, today I had the worst experience with an appointment for my minor child who was scheduled to see Dr. Amy Leib for a 6-month follow-up appointment. I received an e-mail asking to confirm this appointment 3 days prior, which I did. When I arrive to the office 10 minutes prior to the appointment time I was told my daughter wasn't on the schedule. I was then informed that a staff member took a message from me that I had canceled the appointment. And, they called me back on my cell phone and I stated I didn't wish to reschedule at this time. I explained that that never happen. I never made a phone call to the office. I had only confirmed via e-mail. I was informed several minuets later that Dr. Leib would not see my daughter. Please keep in mind that these appointments are generally about 10-15 minutes long. I was furious and explained my daughter takes medication and it's important to be see to regulate the meds. A staff member went to speak to Dr. Leib. A short time later I was told that she could only see my daughter if she had a cancellation or at the end of her office hours. I was already going into work late, and more importantly my daughter was missing time from school, for this 8:00am appointment. We couldn't possibly sit in the waiting are for God knows how long with the possibility that someone would cancel. This was an unrealistic suggestion. I am overwhelmingly disappointment at Dr. Leib's lack of regard for her patient's and patient's family's time. Especially, when it was her staff's error. I will be sure to let everybody I've referred to Dermatology, LTD about this experience. Please keep this in mind prior to scheduling a visit.

When my mom and I decided it was time to get some help from a Dermatologist we tried one place (and I don't remember the name) which was awful. The office was really dark which makes no sense at all especially when it comes to skin... good lighting helps... and the doctor himself was a bit irritating. He talked to my mom the whole time instead of to me (yes, I acknowledge that there is no way my mom wasn't going to be active in the conversation but his primary concern should have been me...) . I was interested in going on Accutane, but he wouldn't even discuss it with me because of the birth control thing. So no. Awful experience. And then we found Dr. Carroll. I've gone to both of the office buildings and definitely prefer the Media one. Sometimes the wait can go a bit long, so I suggest booking your appointment as early as you can. She was completely up for me going on Accutane, explained everything and was great to work with during the months of medication. If you are familiar with Accutane then you already know that it can be a bit complicated with women (who are able to conceive). She was great about acknowledging the craziness of it all whilst working with us to make things alright. She also paid good attention to how my body was handling the medication and made adjustments in dosage when appropriate. Since going of Accutane she has helped me out with my acne scars as best as able. Both of my parents have gone to her for mole checks and had no complaints. GREAT doctor.

I visited this practice 6 months ago so that one of the doctors could take a look at one of my toes. I had previously had an issue with another toe, and I thought maybe another one was coming down with the same issue. He looked at the toe, gave me the all clear, and offered to trim my nails since I'd recently undergone hip surgery and had a hard time reaching my nails to trim them. A few weeks later, I received a bill for this visit. MY share of the services, after my insurance paid its portion, was $177.42. I knew there had to be a mistake...$177 for a toe trim and a 5-minute visit?? I called and was told someone would return my call. When they didn't, a week later I called again and was told the doctor said he had performed a nail plate avulsion, which I've since found out would have required a needle and the removal of all or some of my nail. I offered to take a photo of my nail or to come to the office to show them that I still had my nail and it was never removed. I was told that wouldn't be necessary and they'd check with the doctor again. Again I was told that the doctor did in fact perform this "procedure". I'd like to think that they confused me with another patient and they aren't trying to scam Medicare. My new doctor told me that he can see that my toe nail was never fully or partially removed. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to or recommend this practice to anyone.
