When I called to understand what happened, I was given inconsistent and unconvincing explanations. First, I was told the system flagged me as a bot, which does not align with how the appointment was booked. Then I was told I may not have confirmed the appointment--also incorrect. The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. Reliability and basic communication should not be this difficult.

The staff here is friendly, they ask questions and encourage you to answer fully and perhaps most importantly they listen closely and provide feedback. On the day of his appointment, we were seen promptly and given the utmost respect. Throughout my husband's Mohs surgery, I was kept apprised of the progress of his procedure. As the treated area on his forehead heals, the scar is barely visible. Prior to my husband's appointment, I read about Dr. Perlis's stellar medical training, but I was unaware of his equally exceptional caring attitude. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Perlis to anyone requiring a board-certified dermatologist also trained in Mohs surgery.

Call center cancelled my appointment the morning of via text message, Reason: Dr. had family emergency. When I was finally able to reach some one with the authority to reschedule me I was told the best they could do would be 12/24 or 12/26. Three months after my original appointment was cancelled!!!!!! BTW...my husband was able to see the same doc I had been scheduled with...he told her of my experience...she denied that she had cancelled any appointments and had not had any family emergency that kept her from work. She promised she would look into it. I am so deeply concerned and saddened by the change in management . This had been a top of the line practice since it opened. No longer true.
