I went to the Aerie Offline store for the first time, (it's connected to the aerie store in the…read moremall!!) and the employees were super nice!! I needed to return a shirt I bought from them online and get a smaller size, and they helped me out right away, and were able to get me the smaller size with no problems! I had great customer service here and will definitely be going back to shop here!! (Also the inside of the store is actually so cute, I love the aesthetic and the vibes in there!!) Even though some things are expensive, the clothing is SUPER worth it, as it's very durable fabric and the sweatpants are honestly the coziest and softest sweatpants I've ever owned! (I had to get a second pair LOL) The dressing rooms are also super aesthetic, so if you ever want to take cute pictures in the clothes, definitely go here!

I wish this wasn't the only Aerie left within reasonable driving distance in town. Aerie is…read moreprobably the only brand I have tried over the years that provides comfortable bras at reasonable price. The staff on the floor are helpful, attentive, and positive, truly building women up, which makes the whole shopping-for-intimate-wear experience so much better than the nightmare than it usually is. The things I love about Aerie: - The quality of their products. I've paid bras that are 3 times the price of what I paid at Aerie that last less than 1/3 of the longevity of my Aerie bras. The fit is so much better than anything I've ever put on, and they are also so much more comfortable. - The price of their products. $25 for bra? Yes please! - The attitude of the staff. This is beyond your average customer service. It never feels like they're only being nice so that I'll spend more money. - The positive notes on the fitting room mirror. This is part of Aerie's culture. Customers can leave each other positive notes. How awesome is that? I hope this brick-and-mortar Aerie stronghold will stay open for a long, long while. PS: Aerie does offer other things besides bra and undies. They carry lounge wear and sleep wear as well, and some of the most comfortable pants and leggings I've ever worn. If you happen to be in Galleria Mall, do stop by.

The owner, Sarah, is so sweet and always helpful in choosing the perfect item, whether it be for a gift or a splurge! I love that she offers items from other local companies too--as a one stop shop for shopping local! I also love that she thinks outside the box when it comes to promoting her business ....I've attended several paint nights right in the boutique...where friends can meet up to paint, but also enjoy a shopping discount, too!!! It's a great place to do a paint night because it's so close to all the fun restaurants and bars on Hertel--great for dinner or drinks before or after! And they just recently started offering personal in-home shopping parties where you can bring the boutique to YOU for an in-home party complete with hostess credits! Looovveeee this idea!!!! So fun for a PJ party with your friends, or even a birthday party for those who don't want to fight the crowds! Christmas is coming....definitely stop in to see what they have and chat Sarah up!

Niagara Sports Awards is the place to go for sports awards in Western NY. My son wanted to…read morepurchase two awards that needed to be designed from scratch for the coaches of one of his Niagara Wheatfield High School teams. Barb Sefried, the owner, and her crew were all very helpful and patient with the many questions from both my son and me. Several of the Niagara Sports Awards staff took a lot of time over several meetings and phone calls to look through numerous awards to decide which ones would work best. They actually helped us to piece together two trophies to make them into one awesome award. They also worked with us to determine what was going to be said on the awards and how the wording would be best presented. We ended up, per their recommendations, with two trophies that represented exactly what my son was seeking to achieve. Each award was unique in and of itself. However, each was also unique as to each of the coaches to whom they were given. The recipients were thrilled with their respective awards in both their message and appearance. Bonus; the trophies were very reasonably priced even after all that work. Extra bonus, you will never meet a friendlier, kinder, more energetic person than Barb. All of the Niagara Sports Awards associates were very nice people and knew their business very well. Still, Barb Sefried is the type of person you want to do business with because she makes it fun. At least she did for us.
