And this one was a pretty major project running two cables to install a pair of electric vehicle chargers. Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. Kept the area clean and put it back to as close to normal as possible (they told me in advance that they put the cut drywall pieces back up, but don't repair the cuts). Would definitely recommend 24/7 Electric. Both for little jobs and for getting your Tesla ready for super fast home charging with a Wall Connector!

Absolutely exemplary service. Response time was excellent, a fair quote was given before and after…read moreinspection. Communication was flawless and appointment times adhered to (with a courtesy text message that the technician was on the way). I had contacted the plumber as my LifeTime Rheem large capacity hot water tank does require some routine maintenance. As it turned out the connected expansion tank was filling with water and was improperly installed. The tech rectified all that within a tight time frame -- and of course throughly inspected the main tank, electronics, and electrodes. He also drained any sediment. While these are typical aspects with respect to the requested services, the manner performed was exhaustive, professional and everything was kept clean, dry and tidy. I had complete confidence as I looked on and observed complete respect for my property. In the course of the service call (which I was initially hesitant to initiate, just because, well, who bothers with maintenance?), it was also determined that my water pressure regulator valve was malfunctioning after a water pressure test was conducted early on. While replacement was relatively costly, it was perhaps critically necessary so that was why I'm thrilled. This was a throughly executed, friendly, and even thoughtful service(s) call. I'd have no hesitation recommending Good Buddy Plumbing and Heating to anyone who asks.

Coordination and communication with GoodSense's office and staff was courteous and reassuring throughout. We highly recommend the GoodSense team.

Even though the plumber was wrong and the second visit ended up being unnecessary, they insisted we had to pay $337 for the visit. Part of this charge was for a a helper who was getting on-the-job training. After questioning this invoice, we were told the charges were valid, but they removed the charge for the trainee. They said the remaining $218 would stand. We paid, but noted that we still disagreed and would leave a review as such. At this point the owner started emailing us about how "they are not God" and that any experienced plumber could make the same mistake. Sure, we all make mistakes, but it's not normal to make your customer pay for them. They offered us a refund of $42 if we agreed to remove the reviews. We didn't accept that offer as we'd rather let other potential customers know about our experience.
