He was watching us almost obsessively the entire time we were there and seemed annoyed when I asked to see something that was in the case. After taking a look, I decided against purchasing the item that I was looking at, as the ring was too small for me. I thanked him for getting it out of the case and he accused me of stealing. It is important to note that he required me to come to the front of the store to try them on, which is understandable. However, he did not ask the white women who wished to look at earrings only mere minutes before me. I calmly explained to him that I had not and emptied my pockets onto the counter and told him he was welcome to look through my small purse. He insisted that I stole one of the rings even after I politely showed him everything inside my purse. No sort of an apology was given and I promptly left, as racist establishments do not deserve my business. I would highly recommend to avoid this place if you are a minority, unless you want to be accused of stealing!

Gorgeous and unique, a feast for the senses, a little shop with a big personality. I first noticed…read morethe window displays and wondered, what kind of place is this? An art gallery? A magic shop? A creative space? All of the above and also stationery, jewelry, accessories, art materials, books, and more. This shop is owned by two sisters and opened in November 2022. They host workshops in a small back room. There are so many lovely things to see. I can't wait to go back again. When I visited in October the windows were hung with marigold paper chains and mannequins dressed in vintage Halloween masks. It was an unexpected surprise on my day trip into town. I only came away with some hand dyed silk ribbons and washi tape, but so many fresh ideas as well.

Handcrafted items from both local and international artisans, unusual handprinted papers and cards, antiques, one of a kind jewelry . . . jeez, pretty much one of a kind everything! And at every price point, so you're sure to find a treasure to take home with you. The delights continue into the cozy classroom in back, featuring a chalkboard with upcoming classes. And these are not just the usual classes ~ one that caught my eye was titled "Small Shrines", which sounded SO intriguing. I was able to speak a bit with one of the owners, Catherine, and she was just lovely, and so so knowledgeable about the artists they represent and the items they sell. If you're in Port Townsend, come visit this shop. If you're not in Port Townsend, make the trip! You're sure to find something to make you smile. So happy I found this shop on my day trip to Port. Can't wait to come back and see what's new/old (lol).

After an…read moreentire year of waiting (with a couple of visits along the way to see what was happening) I returned to pick up my things I had hoped to have in a shadow box. Supply chain issues were supposedly the reasons...but I have a hard time believing there is only one supplier who could supply the materials. I was open to substitutes but no communication on their part lead to me picking up my items a full year later. I thought i was patient, but a year was a bit too much.

We wanted good professional advice and good craftsmanship for 3 prints and one needle point. We were met by a wonderful sales job , beautiful setting , hours spent on how to matt, time spent on the details. The price was 3 times what we felt to be reasonable, but oh well. This was Oct 15th. We were told that they were busy and we would be contacted to pick up in 4 to 6 weeks. One of the items the needle point was a gift for Christmas. After Thanksgiving, as were 6 weeks out, we had heard nothing. The present made it, we were able to pick up the week prior to Christmas. 10 weeks for a small framing of a needle point child's name matted, another small print was also pick up at that time. 10 weeks after the initial order. We were told the other 2 would be done after Christmas. We contacted a few times with no response during the month of January. We then made a concerted effort: numerous contacts were made. We picked up the second on Feb 12 and the last one Feb 24th. Not once did Frameworks call us, in fact on one occasion I was told they didn't know anything and I would have to call back. Constantly hit a filled voice mail, could not leave a message. Beautiful Work , Worst customer service ever !!! Oh, by the way the response from one of the folks there was "We're only Human" You judge.
