This story is about @kurdcontracting, a company that is (or was) owned by the same individual behind @grizzly_coffee_, Khalil. Khalil initially seemed trustworthy and kind, but his actions proved otherwise. He not only defrauded me but also used the money he took to start his own business. I hired Khalil to handle construction at my store, making it clear that everything had to meet commercial code and providing detailed plans for heavy equipment with dedicated electrical connections. He assured me it would be done properly, but inspections revealed a disaster after nearly a year. None of the work met code. Electrical wiring and plumbing were done incorrectly, with over 10 outlets for high-powered machines dangerously connected to a single line. Photos showed exposed wires, faulty connections, and substandard materials. Licensed professionals had to rip everything out and redo it, costing me thousands on top of the $20,000+ Khalil already took. To make matters worse, Khalil provided invalid insurance that did not cover his work, stole materials like steel doors, and ignored my attempts to resolve the issue. His negligence could have caused electrical fires and flooding, endangering the entire building. Khalil's actions were more than poor workmanship--they were outright fraud. He exploited my trust, left me with an unsafe project, and caused immense financial and emotional stress. His work left my store, and the entire building, at a huge risk of an electrical fire and flooding - potentially costing millions of dollars.

We were on an extreme time crunch and he assured us things would get done right away. He agrees to everything but has excuses left and right. Multiple times he just doesn't show up and says he has "Family Emergencies" yet on his social media he's posting new projects. His work is POOR and I would stay as far away as possible. He did not cover any of the floors while painting. I caught him so many times where his workers told him to cover the floor and he whispers to them "Its ok leave it". All of the work he did was so sloppy and poor. There is grout residue all over the tiles that he never cleaned. We had him put all brand new floors in all the bathroom where he never covered them and continued renovating on to of them staining and scratching them (see pictures). He cut the marble in the bathrooms and left unfinished sides everywhere. His worker "forgot" to turn off the water line when renovating the showers and vanity causing massive water damage to the kitchen below. He promised to fix it but stopped showing up. I have contacted him several times and he keeps ignoring me. My ceiling was leaking for two weeks and he told me to wait because he was away in Canada yet again posted new projects on his social media. I kept begging him to come as my daughter has asthma and I was afraid mold would be caused due to the leak, again he just ignored my calls and never showed up. Due to my kids health I hired a new contractor to fix his mistakes which i paid out of pocket. He told me have your new contractor fix all the issues and i will pay you the amount. Once my contractor finished it, khalil stopped responding. He left all the old tiles in my backyard, (see pictures) had me pay for a garbage disposal crate in which i caught him dumping his own garbage from other projects he was working on. I already filed a lawsuit against him. the previous review was 100% accurate where the woman posted pictures. He did the same thing to me. STAY AWAY from his company he's an amateur and a very very poor business man.I am warning everyone to save themselves the headache in dealing with this guy.

I found JNH Construction by accident while looking for something else on Yelp. The reviews were…read morevery good so I called them. Hasan and I made an appointment for a few days later. He listened as I explained what I wanted. He described in explicit detail what could be done to remedy the situation concerning the brownstoning of the stoop and cementing beneath the stoop. At his point I had already had several price quotes and description from other vendors. Hasan's description and price was by far the best. We set a start date for 3 weeks later. Hassan's contract was in detail as was discussed. His payment plan was even better: 10% at the signing of the contract, 40% at the start of the project, 40% midway through the project, and 10% upon completion. Unbeknownst to him, this made the project even more affordable because it would take a few weeks to be completed. Additionally, he gave a timetable/estimate of how many days the work would take (depending on the weather) as well how the work would be divided into sections. Hasan came with his workers on the very first day and outlined what was to be done. He would come on a daily basis unannounced (I think) to inspect and examine completed work. His level of professionalism, skills set, and competence is unmatched by any other contractor that I have come in contact with. Hassan's workers have an excellent work ethic. They report to work in promptly and begin to work immediately. They are prepared to work complete with the appropriate materials and tools. As you watch them work one can see they are well versed in their profession. They work proficiently, diligently, skillfully, neatly, and quietly. They were very accommodating and followed requested specifications exactly. Each day they left the area they worked on spotless. I would hire them again and I strongly recommend JNH Construction Co.

For both projects, his workers showed up reliably and cleaned up when the jobs were finished. The exterior paint job was neatly done with minimal spillage. During the shower installation, a couple serious structural mistake were discovered and the workers had to fix the mistakes and pour the cement floor a second time. However, the final results were excellent and the shower looks fantastic.

Shafayet and his crew did a truly amazing job, and I am so thankful for all their time, care, and commitment to making our house special and beautiful. This was a big job. We installed 2 new kitchens, 2 new bathrooms, rebuilt the back wall of our house to add large windows, added a deck, skylights, and a bunch of other things in between. At every step, Shafayet worked hard to make sure the house turned out perfectly. I have nothing but the best things to say about our new home and the care Multi put in to make it right. For this type of work, we received bids from a number of different people. Multi priced everything very competitively and they are very transparent on costs for change orders. The work included the relocation of 2 full new kitchens; all new internal plumbing; an upgraded electrical system; and the installation of split air conditioning systems throughout all 5 floors. The millwork / finishing / painting done by his team were meticulous, and we ended up 2 beautiful new apartments - a triplex with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a duplex with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Shafayet was always responsive to our inquiries / requests and provided solutions to the many problems that were encountered in a project of this size. He also coordinated well with the architect and third party vendors that were involved in this project too. His bid for the job was very reasonable compared to the bids of 4 other general contractors. Great value overall!

He made stains on my side walk, leaving paint blotched. Lastly the subcontractor that he chose for the job has been harassing me because Kamil has not paid him. We wanted to be able to focus on the specific projects at hand and everything to be done the right way with the correct materials. That was one of our main concerns. Corsa Construction Inc really fulfilled our check list. We met with the owner of the company and he really answered our questions and listened to our concerns. He was very easy to talk to very polite and attentive which is very important because if we couldn't talk to him during our first meeting we would never have moved forward. Friday comes he's late so I call him to see if he's still coming for him to tell me he's running 40 minutes late and the price of my bathroom socket is going to cost $80 dollars and total price for his service will be $250, smh. I did a search for price of socket and the cost at Home Depot is $19 this person Chris is overpricing and being very unprofessional by not showing up or even calling .
