I was waiting for my anger ro calm down a bit to write this review…read more I hired Air Tight Heating & Air after seen the old reviews I thought maybe the company had changed their services for the best. But i was wrong ! The owner came to my house to diagnose my AC unit for an $88 fee then he replaced a thing here and there and since not everyone is familiar with the AC parts and what not, I agreed to have some parts replaced, a few hundred dollars later. Still nothing works then he says that my unit may need to be replaced or fixed for around $1800. After he left I troubleshooted the AC unit and got it to work, so now I am thinking did I even needed the pieces he repaired? It was a loose wire inside the actual filter area or to be more specific the AC control board. So I will NEVER call this company, it's sad that Tehachapi been such a lovely community and small town, the local businesses don't take care of the locals. He cut through stem walls and load bearing walls, did not install the air vents correctly and needlessly cut through sprinkler lines. He had different assistants each time he came who seemed incompetent. He did not install the shower vent lines correctly, nor the toilet flage and pipes. He now refuses to respond to telephone calls or texts. My only alternative now is to file a complaint with the CSLB. His endless mistakes have caused us a needless loss of time and more money to have his mistakes corrected by a knowledgeable and professional plumber.

On 17th April traveling 101 N near the Leavesley Road exit, this highly irresponsible driver was traveling at least 90 miles an hour and was weaving through traffic. He was up the back of other drivers and was undertaking and overtaking, couldn't read traffic well and kept getting caught behind vehicles without the option to undertake or an ability to move over for him to pass. It was then where my car was peppered with tons of debris coming out of their truck and onto my windscreen and hood of my car as I travelled in the middle lane. I couldn't move over or get out of the way. At a point, I ended up alongside and so honked and wound my window down. I told them what had happened and asked them to pull over to exchange information and look at the damage. The passenger shrugged his shoulders and looked at the driver who simply looked but just ignored. They slowed and pulled behind me and so I thought they were going to do what I asked. I then moved over and was shocked when they simply drove off. Luckily I managed to get these photos after I'd got side by side just in case. I have called the number for their company numerous times but nobody answers and I have to leave voicemails... to which they don't reply. I just spoke to my insurance and they said it will cost me $500 (deductible) to repair the damage and that "there isn't much they can do about it". It is disgraceful not only because something like this happens but also that a representative of your company causes this and they CHOOSE to ignore. If their work is anything like the actions of these employees and then the staff who don't own their companies responsibilities then I would stay well clear!
