We had a private room, which allowed the children to interact and play together. They started off with tattoos and coloring while kids were brought to another area to make teddy bears in groups of four or five. Lately, you go to a birthday party, and the kids are all just running off on their own and not playing together. Here, the activities got the children to play together, which I find so important. It was absolutely awesome! I also liked the quality of the teddy bears, clothing, and backpacks the kids got. I also can't say enough nice things about the service and staff. They were incredibly helpful in every possible way and accommodating. From the moment we walked in everything just worked seamlessly. There's also such a calm vibe that it is pleasant for the parents hanging out. The party area is open and spacious so everyone felt very comfortable. About three different families that participated in our party liked it so much that they're looking to do their kids party there as well. This place deserves even more than five stars... The party coordinators were friendly and the party flowed well with a special painting surprise that the group did together. We had a photographer provided who took some great shots and allowed us parents to enjoy the day. Was a great experience, however, the one thing that was missing is they do not offer glazing that other pottery places like Color Me Mine do. However we will be back as it's close by and good selection of pottery to choose from as well as being clean.

At this point we had already started on our pieces, luckily we had small items but I would have been very annoyed not knowing they had a time limit if I had a larger piece that I already started. They also didn't have a great variety of items to choose from and their paint brushes were pretty crappy. I hated that we couldn't get our own paints because you then needed to continually flag someone down to get more and they were never checking on us/available to get the paint. Overall, I've been to better pottery places and would only go back due to the location.

Riley and Nina were very encouraging the entire time and made me feel super comfortable. Riley was very good at explaining all of the steps and guiding us throughout the process.
