On the first class I paid in full for a brand new guitar. They did however, give us a used guitar to take home till the new guitar came in from " Brazil " or where ever it is they order from. It's now July and I still have no new guitar. I called and asked about it several times only to be given the same response. No guitar yet. I finally got fed up and pulled my kid out of the classes. When I called and explained my situation they showed no interest in trying to fix the issue. I let them know that I will not be giving them their used guitar back because I'm not taking it from my child..., their response was that the guitar they loaned me was particularly " new" .... completely missing the point. They never even put anything in writing about the guitar they let us " borrow" ... they said just take it No problem!! They even had the audacity to say if I wanted to return the guitar that they would have to see if the borrowed one was OK after I paid $170 for a guitar I have yet to see.

It's not easy to entertain 15+ kids and their parents all at the same time - successfully, every day. Karen and her staff are IMMENSELY talented and for a bday party whether you are 3, 10, 18, or 60, Kids Need More Art is a perfect all around choice. For Opa's 60th my goal was that kids and adults alike would 1. Have a truly great time. 2. Remember Opa's 60th fondly. and 3. Each grandkid (all 14 of them) and family would have an awesome life long keepsake in their home forever. Mission overwhelmingly accomplished!!! Karen is warm and so flexible - allowed us to bring in food, sangria, cake....we painted fish and made a super cool piece of art for everyone, we danced, we ate and drank, we played ukulele, 100's photo's were taken, and the WHOLE family had fun together - a rare occurrence to get them all in the same room at the same time!!! Karen - I can't thank you enough, you made our party simple to plan and very memorable. The fact that they did something so unique - painting fish the kids had caught themselves and turning that into such a creative piece of art by their own hand - was just icing on the cake!! Thank you!!
