But most importantly she is extremely PASSIONATE about her work and working with others. She will do private sessions (and will come to you if desired and enough people), as well as mixed groups. We have done all three. We had an incredible experience taking surfing lessons from Cowabunga. The instructor Brett was…read morefriendly, skilled, encouraging and gave simple instructions to follow. My wife, two boys and I were all surfing beginning waves within 20-30 minutes, and my boys took a second lesson to go farther out where the other surfers were. A really cool experience! And the coordination and service from Melissa couldn't be easier. The boys are set up to keep learning more and thanks so much for an experience for all of us to remember.
