Was suppose to receive a 90 minute massage. Massage started 10 minutes late, lady took phone calls and talked with coworker several times throughout the session. At the end of a $110 massage, I got into an argument with the lady because she wanted me to give her $30 tip! I told her she wasn't going to tell me how much to tip her and i then brought it down to $10 where she then charged me $6 for a "credit card fee". 10/10 do NOT recommend. read more

They were unable to locate our appointment until we pointed out our information on their book. Turns out they took in some customers and gave away our appointment. Ended up waiting another hour. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I call the first time and immediately informed them of my group on and the lady on the phone (She did not give her name) told me to call back friday(day before I wanted my appointment) I waited 2 days (Because I saw a review from someone who went through the same ordeal) and called again this time I was able to make her agree to schedule me for Saturday at 12PM.. I did not mention the group on until the end of the booking. Her whole mood and attitude changed. She became extremely quiet, then proceeded to tell me that nothing was available. When I called her on her BS, she then said I would have to come at 10AM and not 12PM. She couldn't even provide me with any form of confirmation. Every time I called to schedule an appointment for my Groupon, I was told "Oh, I'm driving I'll have to call you back." "Oh, I'm eating I'll have to call you back." "Oh, I don't have the schedule, I'll call you right back." but I've never received a call back. They were really helpful until I mentioned I had a Groupon and then suddenly there was no availability for over a month. Such bad customer service. I understand rescheduling once, which they did, but twice when we already are in the process of getting undressed. We had an appointment scheduled for 3pm and they called us to reschedule for 4 pm. We were fine with it but once we arrived, they brought us in and we started to get undressed. After a few minutes the lady comes in and said they can only do one massage and one of us has to wait another hour. Seriously?! This is my first COVID-time massage and I'm happy about this place. It's little hard to fully relax when you're wearing a mask, but overall I had a great 60-minute full-body massage. My masseuse was REALLY good and she truly knew what she's doing. She got all my tense spots down! I would totally book with her again (but unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name). Alice and spring are awesome really enjoyed my experience here almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. I found this little gem on groupon. Unassuming spot in a stip mall, I wasn't sure how this would turn out. Glad we got it. The couples massage was amazing. They were deep tissue with hot stones. Scammers. Booked a massage, facial, foot detox package for my wife's birthday and when my wife arrived they informed her they weren't doing any services except massage and argued about what I had paid for. They also mandated a minimum tip of 35% for the two hour service and they pass on all credit card fees to the customer. They have no electronic record keeping and texted me a grainy picture of a printed receipt. read more

Massage was decent. However, I was pressured to extend my time during the massage. And when paying, I was pressured to increase my tip from 15% to 20%. Also, they will not provide a receipt listing their tax ID or massage license ID (required by many insurance companies) even though the website says that the masseuses are licensed. Very unprofessional. Tried to argue me down about what time I scheduled my appointment. (I understand language barriers) However when I showed up "10 mins late" according to them they stated if I was only 5 minutes late they would've still honored my appointment. while I was standing there they proceeded to call someone to ask if they were still coming due to them being 5 minutes late. When she hung up the phone I then asked why didn't I receive that same phone call. She then looked me in my face and stated "no they just called in".... I then said "I literally just saw you pick up the phone and call, the phone didn't ring" she then insisted that they called her. At that point I told to have a great day and left the shop. read more

Like everyone, it seems, I got a groupon for a 60 min therapeutic & hot stone massage. Scheduling was a little odd - you call and it's basically someone's cell phone and you're told they're driving and they'll call you back. Just not a great first impression. When I arrived for the massage itself, I was a little taken aback that there are no doors on the rooms - just curtains. They gave me barely any time to change before bursting back into the room. There are definitely no frills and I couldn't really relax with all the noise of people outside the room, no music, etc. I'm also sort of bashful, and have had MANY massages in my life, and have never had my entire rear end exposed during a massage. She basically pulled the blanket down to the bottom of my butt while I was on my stomach. And exposed each butt cheek completely while doing each leg. This made it extremely difficult to relax. If this is their standard procedure they should really make that clear and check with people on boundaries before just yanking their blanket down. They told me they'll give me the groupon price in the future to just directly book with them. I think groupon is just a gimmick to get people in the door. Will not go back. I'd rather pay full price! read more
