She then looked at my ring and asked if I wanted to upgrade my diamond. To me, that is simply flat out rude. You have no backstory on my diamond or knowledge of the history. Don't ask something like that. I am supposed to be going to their diamond event soon to get my new ring. I asked about the date where I was told I needed to make an appointment. I was then asked again if want to upgrade my diamond. Again, I said no and explained that I have a credit for a new ring because mine has broken so many times. What are your times I ask 11 or 12. Well, it's a Friday and we both work. You have nothing later? No, what time can you come then 7 We're done at 7 Okay 6 Um, no we can't do that either. So she walks away and I'm really just wanting my rings back by now. She comes with a paper and starts filling it out saying we have an appt at 6 for the event. I told her it was too far for us to drive and I wouldn't be coming. She again asked if I was sure I wouldn't want to upgrade my diamond (again diamond not ring). I was about ready to L.M.S. ( I'll let you figure that out) when I said no and asked for my rings and to leave. She did of course have to throw in there that she trained the new manager at my preferred location and that he was a result of her great teachings. Never again will I go into this store.
