There is one Security Person (Mark) I don't know his last name, but he went way above and beyond his official capacity. I had fallen a week ago and was walking on a cane. He saw me sitting on the bench waiting for my husband to get the car and pick me up. He took a minute from his job to help me to the car and be sure I was buckled in. We were parked right outside the center court entrance. That act of kindness meant so much to me and I will never to be able to thank him enough. Tappers is extremely fortunate to have security personnel like Mark.

When I got in the car, I noticed that the amount on the receipt was about $4 more than what he told me, so I went back in to find out what happened. He proceeded to flip around a sign that said there is now a 4% processing fee due to inflation and said "Oops I forgot to turn the sign around." I generally like to support small businesses, but this guy is a liar, not to mention his store reeks of cigarette smoke. I will never return to this store again.

It's inside and to the left. $15 for a quick battery swap. $35 for a full sweep check and reseal and battery replacement. Steve told me to come by today and he would be able to replace the battery for me in 15 minutes himself. He's pleasant. This jewelry store has some of the most beautiful sapphire and diamond jewelry I have seen among other stores. Their variety is expansive and extensive. I was able to get the battery replaced, but they were not able to get the crystal or back resealed, so it's currently not considered waterproof. Have to limit any splash on it, and obviously cannot immerse in any water until it's taken to the factory location. Service is very good.

A real jeweler doesn't racially profile and hide behind weak excuses. Do yourself a favor: take your business to a place that respects all customers equally.
