I came here because I was waiting to pick up a photo nearby. While I was waiting, I decided to drop off a package at FedEx to use my time in an efficient way. I have a FedEx account, so I already have my own shipping label. I only needed to drop off. I simply used Google and found this location. I scanned and I was about to put the package into the drop box, but then I realized that the box was kind of stuck at the entry. When I was wondering what I should do, a young man behind the counter saw that and offered to take that package for me. He was the only employee I could see in the store at that time. He was helping another customer for some packing materials, and he noticed that my package might be too big for that drop box. So I brought it to him. He was very friendly, and he greeted everyone coming into the store. It was very pleasant. If I happened to be in this area next time, I would be happy to come again.

I approved the cost estimate this morning and was able to pick both banners up before their 5pm closing. Ishmael was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the print job. I was even shown how to assemble/disassemble the banner, which they then put into a nice carrying case. Called the store and they made another 100 for me, then ended up same day ordering another 200.... I clearly underestimated how many flyers I needed for our event. This was for an infant so they made sure they took enough pics to finally get a good click. The entire store gave nostalgic vibes, old photo reels, so many cameras! Bit expensive than going to any pharmacy or other locations but absolutely worth it for the experience and time!

I developed a few dozens of rolls at Omega Photo so far, mostly medium format black and white but…read morealso others. I always also got prints and mostly DSLR scans. I was happy with all of these, and the prices are reasonable, even when I can do most of this at home (considering time). I like the staff, they know a lot about this stuff, I even had the opportunity to see some of their equipment. Color rolls get processed relatively fast (few days), but for BW rolls, it's good to understand that they bring these to the lab on Friday and then get them back next Friday. So if you bring a roll on Saturday, its a long time before this gets back. Standard scans are typically ready the next day after development, DSLR scans typically take a couple of extra days. This works fine for me, since I have one or more rolls ready every week, keeping the visits fruitful. For DSLR scans, I recommend tiff format.
