We had a few problems, and called American Home Shield, our warranty company, and they sent out another plumbing company. The other company said that the way the house was plumbed 50 years ago was backwards, and that his tool could not clear the drain. He said that we needed to have his company cut out all the old drain and re-plumb. American Home Shield called out Rescue Rooter for a second opinion. I sure am glad they did! Joe showed up right on time, and was very courteous. He said he would be able to clear it with out re-plumbing the bathroom. He got it done in less than 30 minutes, the same day that he was called! I requested All Good to come out for a routine check of my air conditioners as the weather is warming up. My unit is less than two years old and was working perfectly fine before the visit. After the technician left, the system stopped working altogether. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue, they left me with a list of recommendations for additional services--after their visit seemingly caused the problem in the first place. ARS/Allgood installed a new HVAC system in my attic with an auto shutoff switch if the drain pan gets clogged and backs up prior to pan overflow. The pan stopped draining, the auto cutoff did not work, the pan overflowed and damaged my ceiling. A tech came out, installed a new switch and sold me an iFlo cleaning system. PROBLEM NOW they wont address with me the ceiling damage even though the system was still under warranty. I have called no less than 20 times and the only option available per the phone attendant is to send a message to the warranty department regrading my issue and they will get back to me within 48 hours. I have never received a call back. Even a call to tell me to go pound. Nothing. If you want to trust a warranty, do not trust ARS/Allgood to replace your HVAC. You bet they will transfer your call for a service request or new install when they make money. Not a warranty call. Dont chance it. read more

Likely will fall on deaf ears to ARS (2.3 STARS OUT 5 did not happen overnight or with my review alone), but hopefully not for a consumer looking to procure services from ARS. First, read all the negative reviews and shame on me for not doing my research. AC unit was diagnosed with a bad motor on Wednesday last week and was told they would be able to warranty the motor, paid for the service, made a deposit for the install, and was told I would be contacted once the motor arrived. Samuel the tech was great and diagnosed the problem - advise that Scott (warranty lead) would be in touch. Monday rolls around no calls, left message after message, finally spoke to someone who connected my wife with Scott (warranty lead). He was absolutely rude, short, and said dispatch would call to schedule that day/hung up on her. Well nothing on Monday, call and leave another message with Scott - still no response and no call back. So nearly a week later out the money I spent for the service call, AC is still out, and horrified a business actually has this kind of rating and is still in business. read more

On 3/08/2021 we called Home depo for ac service. They sent ARS to my home to tell me that my ac needed to be changed, and quoted for 2 ac units! We paid $10,000.00 for both. By 3/16/2021 installed a new system then we called because it was not cooling We called them on 3/29/2021 there was a loud sound like a Mack truck in my home! They came out on 3/30/201 and did something in the attic. It is less loud! Still loud. My original system was very quiet! we called about the not cooling issues! 5/16/2022 From the very beginning there were problems they had to come out several times for several different issues including the ac not cooling problem! April/21/2024 Called for someone to come out. The system is not cooling! So they had to put refrigerant! How could that be? It's a new system! that you just installed! less than a year old! The next time they came out they said there was a leak! this is April 21/2024) there is a leak and it needed 6Lb and it would cost me $1,302.00 for R410A Refrigerant! The guy said he found the leak that replaced the valve on the unit that was leaking. He replaced it but by June 10/2024 cool-ray came out and said there was still a leak! They told me to call ARS tell them to do a Isolating leak search! They finally sent a guy to tell me that he found the leak again. He called Scott, the quality control manager whom I have left several messages for. and he never returned any of my calls! The ARS technician told me that I was very angry and asked me if I had ever paid for any service! and left without fixing or doing the isolating leak search! that was on June 10/2024 On the 18th of June cool ray found the leak with pictures of the coil that ARS techs had damaged when they installed the system! read more

DO NOT USE! This is absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get someone to come out to repair our HVAC for several days and they continue to cancel with out giving any notice. They orginally installed our HVAC in December and our AC is not working. A technician came out and told us it was wired incorrectly and wanted to charge us $600 to repair. I told them they intially installed the system a few months ago and they should not charge us again to repair it. I keep calling to speak with a manager who is always convieniently "busy". After calling for the 10th time, I was finally told they would send someone to make the repair with no charge. They were supposed to come between 12pm - 4pm and never showed up. This is the third time I have had a repair appointment and they canceled without any notice. I tried calling Scott, the quality assurance manager, left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. read more

Quoted us $1,200 for an ac fix then dropped price to $900 if I paid now. After paying they stated the fix would be the next day. Next day came and they booked it for another 24 hours later. 48 hours came, no calls or emails. Phoned help line to be told the 2-6 time was only tentative and that they hadn't even ordered the part yet and weren't able to give an eta or make another booking with us for the install. Asked for our money back and they out me on hold for a total of 30 minutes then told me they'd see what they could do. If I could leave zero stars I would you all should have never merge ARS / Rescue Rooter. I had a new unit and furnished put in, in December 2024. The unit has gone out twice. I had appointment January 4,2025 for someone to come out again because the unit went out a second time. The time of the appointment was between 8 AM and 12 PM no one came out at all nor did I get a call or email nor a text message. I had to keep calling until someone came out. The issue is a switch the technician did not have the item on his truck. Technician said he put in the system for someone to come back out the next day. Today January 5th and guess what I had to call again because I didn't receive a call or email again. The customer service rep I talked to said she set up an appointment today between 12 PM and 4 PM no one has came yet. I called you all again. Scheduled appointment for an estimate for a water heater replacement. Appointment window was 6pm-10pm with requested arrival time of 7pm. I was told that I would be contacted 30-45 mins before the tech arrived. Drove 2+hrs in rush hour traffic to the property. No one called about appointment. I called at 9:15pm and was told that they couldn't guarantee when the tech would arrive. I told the rep. I had waited several hours and no one had yet reached out to me to say that they would be late or to reschedule. The rep then made up excuses why the tech hadn't called. The tech could be in an attic, or up to their knees in sewage or a house could be flooding. Really? Ridiculous excuses and talking over me is not a good look. ARS had installed a heat pump for my basement in Feb 2022. The unit stopped cooling less than 6 months later. When I called, they said there was a freon leak but to determine where the leak was, I had to pay them $450 after I had spent nearly $4000 less than 6 months ago. I told them I will not pay for them to determine where the leak was. After calling them repeatedly, and not getting a response from them, I had to get someone else to top the freon. Cut to Nov 2024, I called someone to check on why my heating bill was so high and they told me that the unit installed by ARS had a faulty part and was leaking freon. I called ARS again since the unit was under warranty but after 3 months and 8-10 phone calls later I am still being given the run around. These guys are partners with Home Depot. I would strongly recommend Home Depot to reconsider the partnership since they are a terrible look for them. I would never recommend anyone to use these guys! I would give them 0 stars if that was possible! read more

You have to wait another month!" Because apparently nobody there knows what they are doing. My 2nd rescheduled appointment was for last week. No one ever called, no one ever texted, or emailed. I've been working with ARS for months (Since September) to remedy the issues caused by the three weeks it took to get our AC fixed in August. We had multiple service techs come to the house with duplicate diagnoses. The issue with their diagnoses is that none of them acknowledge the error codes on the unit. Instead, they insisted it was the thermostat itself. They finally ordered the part, installed it, only to get the same error codes. Finally, they replaced the whole AC from the manufacturer. During that time frame, yellow mold infested the underside of the house. ARS assumed culpability and send out a team member to fix the mold in our closets and under the house. Unfortunately, the gentleman came with one spray bottle and quickly noted it was not enough. We needed professional mitigation. ARS took weeks to respond to emails about getting a professional company to mitigate. We finally paid for the mitigation ourselves so the mold wouldn't cause further damages. We kept ARS informed throughout that process then submitted the paid invoice for reimbursement. It has been about 5-6 months since that time and we have been pushing ARS then their insurance company, Liberty Mutual, for reimbursement. Liberty Mutual has offered us 50% of the total fees. We declined that offer since we're not 50% at fault. Despite us supplying images, evidence and more, Liberty Mutual and ARS have refused to rectify the issues caused by their ineptitude. It seems their staff is not familiar with the systems they install, making them ineffective in servicing them. And if they cause an issue to your home, don't expect them to help. My advice, find a reliable, expert provider that will deliver on their guarantees. read more

This company has the worst customer service. We have now been put off for repair of a unit that is not even 3 years old. The unit broke down multiple times and this company has yet to provide service for repair. We have called multiple times since June 2024, taken off of work 2-3 times, setting up appointments only to experience no shows and no calls to confirm. This past summer we have had to buy 2 window units, in order to get through the summer heat, and now almost 5 months later we need heat and the unit has yet to be repaired. Every time you call the phone contact number it leads you to a call center, and they keep stating someone will return call in 24hrs, yet no calls. Not able to get hold of supervisor or person in charge - EVER. I am very disappointed with ARS/Allgood Heating and Air. Now let me first say that when Allgood was not affiliated with ARS I received excellent service. Since ARS has taken over it has been less than satisfactory. I could list many things, but I will stick with my current problem. I have been waiting for a return call from accounting for 9 days. I received service on 9/3/24. I authorized charges split between two credit cards. ARS charged unauthorized charges to one of my credit cards in addition to not following my requests and agreement with the service rep who took my payment information over the phone, repeated the request back to me, and I agreed. What was done was different. I have called at least 10+ times to resolve this, and the only feedback I get from the reps who answer the phone is that I will email accounting and the Manager on duty and they will call you back today to resolve the issue! LOL!!!!! No service at all. Shame on you ARS for very poor quality customer service. If you are expecting exemplary service when you do business with a company, do not expect it from ARS. This is my first negative review ever. I have given ARS ample time to resolve my problem. This is unacceptable. read more

Worst service ever. We paid $10000 and installed 2 brand new HVAC units in April 2020. It's August 2020. We probably had 6 or so technicians visit to fix issues and probably called them 20 times to make that happen, no one shows up as promised. It's still under warranty. I have been very reasonable with them, I understand business and customer service is not easy as I am in customer service as well, but this is unacceptable. So I probably need to pursue a legal course at this point . So stay Away from this company if you can . ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS. Only dealt with this terrible excuse for a company because they were referred by my home warranty company. First visit went ok. They "fixed" my shower and my roommate signed since I was at work. Then two days later, it's broken again. So when I called to reschedule for them to come back and fix it again, here's where everything went wrong. They tell you between 8-1 then call you around 11-12 to say you're still on the schedule. Meanwhile by 3 PM you're still sitting at home wondering if they will even come. And this was after they already did this to me once- yes I had my friend sit at home from 8:00am-4:30 pm for absolutely nothing. Not exaggerating, my shower has been out of order for a MONTH! And then there's never an answer of if they are still going to make it that day or not, so basically stay home and pray they come. Unprofessional as they even hung up on my home warranty company representative when she called to find out what's going on. I "was" on the schedule from 8-1 but now it's not guaranteed, tough luck, my problem. End result- home warranty company transferred my request to another company. Use your resources people! Stick to a small local plumber or a company with better reviews. I imagine not all their work is this bad, but I see the number of bad reviews. I gave them multiple attempts to fix the problem and was more than patient. I am finally glad I will never have to deal with this absolutely horrendous company with terrible time management. I recently had ARS install a new Carrier HVAC system in my main residence. I found their company through Home Depot. ARS had the best price quote out of five HVAC companies. The installation lasted the entire day. They accidently damaged my ceiling during the installation. The unit was installed in March 2021 and suffered some performance issues when I first began using it two months after installation. First and fore most their customer service was excellent. Everyone of my calls were answered or returned in a timely manner. Everyone that entered my house for either the installation or to rectify the performance issues were professional and cordial. Every one of the unit's issues were addressed and corrected. The contractor they sent to repair and paint my damaged ceiling did outstanding work. I highly recommend ARS. They have competitive pricing, knowledgeable installers/technicians and excellent customer service. read more

Called on Monday to schedule a visit for my clogged sewer which was setup for the next day. Time frame was 11am to 3pm. Had someone come and stay at the house since they require it. No one showed up that day. I called the next day and was told the visit was actually today, Wednesday, same time frame. Again, I had someone come and sit at my house to wait for the technician. And again, no one showed up. No phone call, nothing. I called on Thursday and was told I had canceled the day before around 3pm. The only time I called was a 9:30am. I repeated that was sewer line was clogged and really need help. The person on the phone said tomorrow Friday between 12 and 4pm. So for the third time this week, I had someone come to my house and wait on them. And AGAIN, a no show and no phone call. I called in around 5pm and clearly said I was upset. I was told that they have no technician available until Monday! I insisted on having a manager called me within the hour and I am still waiting. Mind you, we are talking about a clogged sewer line. I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. Leaving someone stranded in such a way, with no apologies. If you don't want or don't have the manpower, say so. We had an appointment with the franchise out of Marietta, GA. The appointment was made a week in advance so we could take a vacation day to ensure our availability. We were given an appointment window of 9:00-1:00. We called the day before to confirm and planned our day accordingly. We called them twice during the appointment window to confirm that they were on schedule. At 1:30 on the day of the scheduled appointment, we called again. At that time, they could not tell us when someone would be coming, except that they would be there sometime in the afternoon, with a call 45 minutes before arrival. They tried to tell us that they had communicated with us 3 times to keep us informed of the status. No calls were initiated by them, all calls were done by us to determine the status and each time, the appointment window of 9:00-1:00 was given. Obviously, if appointments in the early window are not kept until the afternoon window, they have scheduling issues. We ended up canceling this appointment and will have to start the process over with another plumber. We do not recommend this group to anyone and have suggested that they be removed from the approved vendor list in our complex. read more

SCAM ALERT... This company (also known as ARS Plumbing) came out to my home 7/30/14 to look at the shower/toilet in the basement not flushing and the shower flooding. The tech they sent went to the basement armed with a snake, assorted screwdrivers, and a few other basic tools to see what I had to show him. It was the sump pump that was not working correctly. It had been installed 11yrs ago, and had not been touched since the day the contractors put it in in 2003. You can tell because a little of the wet concrete at the time of construction in the basement dripped onto the screws of the sump pump. That concrete would have had to be removed FIRST to unscrew the screws to LOOK inside. Today, 7/31/14 that same concrete from 11 yrs ago IS STILL THERE AFTER HIS VISIT. This tech made a sight unseen diagnosis saying there was an object in there, when he NEVER even OPENED it up. After we came back upstairs he quickly goes outside to call the insurance company (American Home Shield) to say that there was a foreign object in there...that he never saw by the way because it was never OPENED...knowing that they would not pay. He comes back inside and already had an estimate drawn up for labor/materials of how much HE can put in a NEW sump pump (Lowe's sells them for $300 or less). His quote was almost $1300! What a rip off, scam artist, shady, under handed, low down business! I've already called the insurance company to complain, and spoke with a woman at Rescue Rooter (also known as ARS) who told me (from the tech) something totally different than what the technician stood in my kitchen and told me. I'm not sure if they are telling me multiple stories because I'm an older woman (61yrs old) and I don't know much about this issue and they think they can take advantage of people or what. So..... Here's another bad review. I wish I had looked on here before I called. I recently purchased a home and this was the company listed on all of the systems paperwork. So I "assumed" if the previous owner used them multiple times they must be good and they should know the systems. Another example to never assume. I returned home from out of state to find my water heater leaking so I first cleaned up the water then call this company to see when they could come out. She says "Let me check out schedule, I see our first available appointment is tomorrow between 9 and 1" so I confirmed that works. Someone will call 30 minutes before they arrive. Okay good. So day at 12:45 and no call so far I give them a call. I'm sure they are just a little backed up. I talked to the first person and she says let me try and get with a tech to see when they will arrive. I'm on hold for a few minutes. Another women comes on. Sir I don't have an appointment for you today. The note say you were quoted the after hours rate and would call back to schedule an appointment. Our next available appointment is tomorrow between 10 and 2. Say what? I'll spare you the the rest of the conversation but needless to say they accepted no responsibility for the information I was given and had no intention of even trying to work me in because of their error. HIGH PRESSURE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! I hired Rescue Rooter Atlanta to come clear my sewer pipe, run a camera to inspect the line, and install a clean out pipe. I agreed to the asking price for the job of $700 for the COMPLETION of all three items mentioned above. I, myself, had already dug out and exposed the problem area of the pipe. When they showed up, they smashed a hole in the pipe which took two hard hits and tried for approximately 1-2 minutes to put a camera in the line while my husband and I stood there and watched them. They were unable to see anything and said the line needed to be snaked first. They tried to snake the line for approximately 10 minutes and then told us it was useless and that we needed an entire new sewer pipe. They refused to snake the line any further after we asked them to try some more saying "they knew when a line could not be snaked". They then tried to high pressure us into a $9K job on the spot. I said that we would need time to price comparison shop before saying yes to a job of that price. We had no idea we would need the entire line replaced. They pressured us even further saying that if we pulled the trigger right now they would take several hundred off the price bringing it to $8,500, but if they drove away the price would be 9K. We said we would still need time to decide and comparison shop, but asked them to close up the sewer line so we were not left with exposed raw sewage in our yard (we have small children living next door that play outside). They refused to even seal up the open line and install the clean out pipe saying that they would do it when they did the entire line and not before because installing it now would not be the correct way to do this job. We learned later that this was incorrect information and had the line closed up before the pipe was replaced with no problem. Without a sewer line the house we were living in was suddenly unusable. The toilets were at least working before they came out. Needless to say I was confused when he gave me the invoice for $700 which was quoted for completing the job and I complained about it to the plumber. I told him that they had been there for less than half an hour, and I had received none of the completed promised work. They told me to not worry about it because the money I was paying would all go towards the final services of putting in a new sewer line. When I said that was only IF I used them for the job, the plumber became very confrontational and defensive so I decided take up the issue with the manager of the company versus the plumber himself. Feeling that if I pushed any further with him at my house it would turn into an ugly confrontation. The plumber then proceeded to sit in his truck out front of our house for more than an hour. I found out later that was to bump up his time so he could justify his charges. His manager said he was on site for over two hours (WRONG) When I followed up with the manager, after several days of calling repetitively, she herself acknowledged that it seemed like we were over charged and offered to refund for the services left uncompleted. She said she needed to ok the refund with HER manager and return a call to us the following Monday (we had spoken on Friday). I did not get a return call and left several more messages with her and her secretary with no response. Every time I called I was asked my name and all of a sudden no one was available and I needed to get called back. As of yet I still have received no call back! Since this incident I have had another company successfully run a camera all the way down the line (the line had to be snaked 1st to get it through) which took them approximately 2 hours . Something Rescue Rooter said could not be done, but was willing to charge for anyway. I also have had the sewer line replaced for 4K which was half the price of what Rescue Rooter was attempting to strong arm me into by leaving me with an unusable line. A couple of weeks after the incident I ran into the plumber at Home Depot. He knew I was complaining about the job and proceeded to to get in my face and curse me out. EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am not kidding when I say that writing this review makes me a little nervous for possible retaliation from them. p.s. THESE GUYS ARE BAD NEWS, STAY AWAY. On Christmas morning we find water in our guest bathroom. Our 20 year old toilet has a stress fracture at the bottom of the bowl. We call American Home shield and they assign us to Rescue Rooter. AHS calls them and RR committed to next day service. I call them the next day and they tell me they can service me 3 days from now. I had to call AHS to call RR for them to keep their promise (very dishonest). After reading reviews(horrible reviews) I tried to get AHS to switch providers but they wouldn't. Finally the plumber for RR shows up. This guy had to be 300 pounds, smelling of body order and jeans hanging half down his backside. Goes into the bathroom, never touches the toilet (it would have been physically impossible for him to see the issue based on his size). Takes a picture of a small part of the crack between the bowl and toilet (view from above) and emails it to his HQ. He never bent down to look to see the stress fracture at the bottom of the bowl. American Home Shield calls me a few minutes later saying the plumber said it was probably hit by a baseball bat and will not be covered. Then the guy says he can get me a $300 toilet and install it for $225 (I would pay him directly). TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS. These guys get in your house through warranty companies and then try to upsell you. I asked AHS to send out another plumber for a second opinion. That company comes out, actually looks at the problem and diagnoses it as a stress fracture. Go somewhere else. Tech arrived late and obviously didn't want to be at my house. Showed him where the leak had been coming from the toilet and leaking through the subfloor four days previously. He flushed the toilet several times, said no leak, told my Warranty Company no leak. and left. Not three minutes later the water started leaking. I took a video of "no leak" and posted it to Facebook. Called his boss, Cathy who hid behind her customer service rep (who was no held), and had the audacity to ask that I reschedule the appointment for another day with them. Stay away. No customer service. Poor techs that don't know what they are doing. I think it is a ripoff scheme, where they take American Home Shield Warranty service visits, show up, do nothing, and take the service fee per visit. read more

I'm giving this business 1 star because yelp will not let me give zero. When we bought our home it came with a 1 year warranty, which includes plumbing. I've come to realize that the warranty is absolute crap, primarily because they contract with businesses that are crap, but that's beside the point. Rescue Rooter was the company assigned to do the repairs. They came to our house and the plumber took about an hour to tell us that he had no idea where our leak was located at, but that it was "probably under the slab", and would be $3400 to fix. They took our $75 service fee and left. Before handing over $3400 for the fix I did some research into the company and found out they had several open disputes with the BBB. Most of which were complaints about them claiming the problem was one thing, it turning out not to be the case, and then charging for both the false and the real repairs. The Warranty company called us and said Rescue Rooter found the leak in the kitchen, which is a complete lie. I was not interested in doing business with the company after this. We decided to hire a leak specialist to come out. He found the leak within 30 minutes about 6 feet away from the water meter in the front yard. I don't even want to imagine was Rescue Rooter would have done if I had trusted them. Probably tore out the floor in my kitchen to get under the slab, and charged me $3400 just to tell me the leak wasn't even there... then I would have been stuck with the cost to repair the floors afterwards, and get the actual leak fixed. read more

Referred to ARS by our home warranty company. Experienced scheduling misunderstandings and then our claim was denied because the tech indicated the part broken was due to misuse/physical damage of a part in our toilet that they indicated would be "very, very hard to break". I asserted I knew it was due to normal use and we didn't break it. ARS provided a quote to replace the part for $230. I declined replacement outside of the warranty but they did get the $75 deductible for the very short visit since it was through the home warranty, and I still have an inoperable toilet. Later in the day, I called the manufacturer of the toilet (Flushmate). They cover the part for free and they are shipping it to me complementary. There are simple directions to repair ourselves. Update- we installed the part that Flushmate sent us at no charge. It took very little time for us to install it and the toilet worked well, even after being tested during an event of 40+ people at our home. read more

Got the call from RRA at 10:27, missed it and called them back 2 min later at 10:29, but was told "too bad, we couldn't make live contact so we reassigned your plummer and no guarantee if and when you will get service." The owner contacted me after reading my review and expressed extreme concern about my experience. She was very surprised, and was eager to provide me with a more positive experience should I need it in the future. Since this company was contacted through my home warranty and would most likely be the one contacted again for future needs she asked that I let her know when that would be so she could waive my deductible ($60). The last person who came out to fix a plumbing problem was very professional and thorough and made educated us on the problem, what he would do to fix it and any reasons as to why certain things were unfixable. The water heater tank broke in a rental home I own. Since I have warranty through American Home Shield I called to schedule service. All went well but when the tech arrived he spent 1 minute looking at the water heater and stated he did not have a tank on his truck and without any further comment he went back to his truck. After 20 minutes he emerged from his truck and said, "you have several code violations which I must correct during installation of a new water tank". I asked, "How much is my charge since I have American Home Shield warranty"? He said they did not cover more than $250.00 for code violations and that I would have to pay out of pocket $858.00. I said I just paid to have a new water heater put into my personal home and the total was only $750.00 tank and all. He responded, "That's our price if you want it done". Total cost for code violations over $1100.00. For example his charge for an expansion tank $295.00, Metal stand for tank $300.00, and permit $105.00, Fittings $118.00. I later found out that the metal stand is not required anymore due to the updated design of the water tanks with sealed burners and that the fittings come with a new tank. I tried to communicate with the owner of this franchise (Kathy) but she immediately became defensive when I said the prices were more than excessive. As an appliance technician and also the owner of an appliance repair company even I was in shock when I heard these prices. As a contractor for warranty companies myself I find the pricing of this company and the attitude to be far from professional and certainly "RIP Off" pricing. I did ask the plumber if he ever went into a home with a warranty that he didn't find code violations. He wouldn't answer my question but simply said I was wasting my money with a warranty company. This company needs to begin practicing good business. Profit is needed to survive but this pricing is the epitome of price gouging. I have called another plumbing company (not an individual) not affiliated with American Home Shield. There estimate is $800.00. This is less than ARS Rescue rooter wanted to charge for code violation corrections. They certainly no how to destroy a business relationship before it ever gets started. Micah came a day earlier than our original appointment time because he had a cancellation and worked us in. That was great so that we didn't have a lot more water to clean up. He got right to work, fixed the problem and cleaned things up. I was able to go back to work in the house and he called me when he was done so I didn't have to worry about him coming in the house and getting the dogs riled up.
