I really want to thank Anika for the driving lessons, and I was able to pass the drive test on the first try. She is very professional in her work and always made sure to demonstrate or explain anything where I needed more clarity. A few other things I really liked were her patience and calm attitude during lessons, which is especially important for beginners. She paid attention to small details that actually helped a lot during the test. I also liked that she gave periodic feedback and useful tips that were very helpful in improving my driving skills. We selected this school on recommendation from a friend. We wanted a school that didn't give you a different teacher every lesson. Consistency was what we were after. We also wanted a female (my nephew, upon discussion with his friends, thought a female instructor would be more patient lol) We got that and more more with ARS. We selected Package D so my nephew could use the car he had lessons in for his driver's test. My nephew immediately liked Anika. She communicated well on when lessons would be and if any had to be rescheduled. She gave lesson notes after lessons so my nephew knew what he needed improvement on. My nephew passed on today his first try! He is now a licensed driver! We cannot recommend ARS enough. If you have a young driver that needs lessons ARS is the perfect school. read more

Anika taught me, my mom, and my brother and we all passed our driver's license test. Anika is really helpful since she emails you short lecture videos and notes that you can review prior to your in-person session with her. She is very calm and very knowledgeable so I was able to keep calm while learning how to drive. She also uses a car with an instructor's brake in the passenger seat so she can slow down the car if you're going too fast or if you make a mistake. I felt really safe learning how to drive with her. ARS is wonderful (im a student) it couldn't have been a better fit, the lessons are accurate,thorough, and timed around your schedule. Everything goes very smoothly my questions were answered right away with more than enough information to understand. Anika is the best teacher, hands down. I would highly recommend taking her classes. I could not have gotten my license in my first try without her help. Now when I say help, what I mean is that she goes above and beyond the regular driving lessons/sessions. I was able to text and call her anytime with doubts which I had several and she made sure she answered everything to the dot and even implemented those during the next driving sessions/lessons so that it stuck in my head while on the road. Her approach is very methodical, structured and w/ lots of feedback. She prepares us for everyday driving, exposing to different rules, and roads like freeway, expressway and residential roads; because if you can drive well everywhere, you'll drive in the test route too! She's very patient, since I had lots to unlearn initially, coming in with out-of-US permit, but she always talked me through the concepts. Beware of this driving school. The agreement was, Anika will also be accompanying my kid to the DMV for the test day for extra fee. I paid the fee, but she couldn't accompany my kid to the test. So I asked for a refund on the extra fee part, but she gave some unreasonable reasons such as: "oh you would have owed more money if I have charged you administrative fees, so I'll just not refund your money." What administrative fees??? That wasn't part of the deal. Please folks, look elsewhere for a better driving school who will not scam you for your money. My driving instructor was Anika and because of her patience, driving knowledge, and thoroughness, I was able to pass my driving test on the first try! I purchased Package C, which was three 2 hour lessons, 6 hours total for $420. I felt as if 3 classes were sufficient and I felt pretty comfortable on the busy streets by the second class. Also, my instructor gave me notes which I was able to look through after each of my driving classes. Personally, those really helped to refresh my memory.
