The staff is attentive, kind, and offers excellent menu recommendations. Pro tip: Definitely book a reservation in advance, as they stay busy for a reason. The Drinks & Food: Their beverage program is impressive, featuring a wide variety of wines and some very creative cocktails. As for dinner, choosing is the hardest part! We started with the unique steakhouse roll and their complimentary bread, both of which were delicious. For entrees, the NY Strip, Beef Wellington, and Salmon were all phenomenal--rich, deep flavors in every bite. Don't skip the sides; the three-cheese potatoes and lobster sweet corn were the perfect pairings. We rounded out the night with a Grasshopper dessert drink and the cookie skillet. While you're paying for the premium quality, it is worth every penny. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

A customer asked how they were made. Barb said they take Square shrimp and cut off all the edges making them round. The custom asked, "What do you do with the leftover pieces of shrimp?" Barb, replied, "We make soup!" We realized we were duped! Lol! Steak dinners are delicious!

Not a single bartender explained the process--we actually had to go up to one ourselves just to figure out that we needed to put our names on the waitlist. We were told it would be a 45-minute wait. Knowing that, we decided to drive around Poygan and look at houses. When we came back 45 minutes later, once again, not a single person acknowledged or helped us. We ended up sitting at a table, where we were ignored for another 10+ minutes. We finally stopped one of the waiters, who told us, "The people at the bar will call your name when your table is ready." No drinks, no food--just shitty service and being treated like garbage. Don't go here. I would legitimately give this place 0 stars if I could.

It makes the waiting time seem like nothing. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and mozzarella sticks while we waited in the bar. I had an October fest beer too. Everything was very good. Sticks were crunchy and shrimp was grilled and really good. We were seated after about 45 minutes, and sat down in the dining area. The salads were somewhat small, and they gave us 2 dinner rolls. Not sure if we could ask for additional rolls or not. I would say the salads were okay but nothing special. Wife ordered broasted chicken and I had the boneless big rib-eye steak. Both of us got the broasted potatoes. I liked my steak, wife thought the chicken was okay. The decor of the place is definitely retro like being in a big basement with paneled walls. The wait staff was efficient but not necessarily friendly. I think it was getting close to closing (8pm), so we felt a little rushed. Would I go back again? Yes, because I really liked the good. You will too.
