Pros: Location, Rates.
Cons: We felt like like we were a burden on the owner from the very beginning. Cut, dry, not overly friendly what so ever.
Picnic tables were no where to be found, possibly buried.
Fire fits were fixed in the snow and ice, not great for guests use.
Beds were rock hard, and the lodge only offers queen as the largest size.
Huge lack of shelves and hooks, there should be so many more, but most of our belongings outlined the room on the floor.
Bathroom so small, shower was a joke and dark.
Walls are paper thin.
No designated smoking area, so our neighbors were constantly on the porch smoking, which is highly rude to nonsmokers.
****BIGGEST CONCERN****
The floor heater. Extremely hot to the touch when turned on. You can imagine how fun that is if you didn't know it kicked in in the middle of the night and you are bare foot. It was between keeping our room warm or our 19 month old daughter away from it. read more
