A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I tagged a long with my family and stayed at Three Bears for the week. The staff is fantastic, accommodating, and very friendly! My girlfriend and I stayed in an efficiency (#10 I believe) that backed up right to the Copper lift. The efficiency was very cozy and a great place to kick off the boots after a long day of snowboarding. One of the nights we were there, Three Bears had Smores Night and it was AMAZING. I will always stay at Three Bears anytime I am in Red River.

They said there was WIFI, but there was only 1 network that could be picked up in the room and it wasn't one of the 2 networks that they provided a password for. There is room to park a trailer, which is nice given all of the off-roading in Red River. The biggest problem is with the water temperature control. It swings from scalding hot to frigid repeatedly with not much time anywhere in between. I assume several units are tied together, but the shower was unbearable. All in all, they charge an appropriate rate for the amenities and the area.

I had booked 2 nights and asked to be refunded for at least the 2nd night. Nope! The owners response, it's not his job to entertain us. We will not be back and I will tell everyone I know. In all the years we've been coming, they have never updated anything. It's grimey and dirty. The couch cushions and carpet need to be replaced BADLY as well as the rest of the cabin needs to be updated and refreshed with new bedding and curtains. Again, location is great. You can walk to the lift, but ewww.
