We would have hired a day-of coordinator had we know that Kirstin and Kyle would be so little help. I saw Kyle once and that was driving by on a golf cart and he just waved. Meanwhile, we were having a ton of issues with getting help to set things up etc. Not to mention the day before when we arrived for the rehearsal, they said the space would be ready for us to start decorating and they had done nothing. The floor in the tent was disgusting from the last wedding that had ice cream for dessert which was sticky all over the floor. Tables weren't out in the right spots and number of them. So that further derailed our ability to set up in time. Thankfully we have families that are willing to jump in and help do everything because QR did not. I was very glad we had an extremely simple wedding otherwise I don't think we would have been able to pull it off. At one point there was a power outage as well which delayed our entrance to the reception although they figured it out pretty quickly. The food was good and the setting was beautiful. I'd recommend if you plan on having your wedding here then do NOT rely on them for anything, plan to do everything yourself and hire help if you need it.

It is out by the airport, so planes were flying low over head regularly on their approach to land - very noisy! Then there is a train track that runs thru the course, so had several trains go by blowing their horn. And the course is very close to an interstate, so the constant noise of trucks and autos was ever present. We waited on the people in front of us all day - never saw a course marshal to deal with the slow play all day. We won't be playing here again...

When we called to speak with a manager about this disturbing incident, the person who answered the phone was rude, offensive, and even cursed at us. This kind of disrespectful behavior has no place in any business -- especially one that serves the public. We expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but instead we witnessed behavior that was both offensive and deeply concerning. I hope the ownership takes responsibility for this incident and ensures that no one else is treated this way again. Update 11/18/25: I have left two voicemails but they have yet to return my call. You can eat, drink, and play golf - you can do it all or you can do just one. However, if you plan on playing golf / using a simulator bay, you should call or go online and make a reservation. It gets busy there. I love that they have seasonal cocktails. They had some special ones for st Patrick's day. They also have happy hour M-F from 2-6pm. I booked a bay, it charges per 30 min. The hour was $65. I had one cocktail. I got a briefing on the system and I was on my way to playing a very difficult golf course in South Korea. They have club upgrades but I stuck with the standard bag. I had a great time. Next time I will choose an easier golf course! Also, I believe the server calculates their tip not only on what you buy but also your bay time. So I'll review my check a little closer next time. The sell golf gloves if you need one/forgot yours. There is a small parking lot next to the building or you can park on the street or garage nearby. Bathrooms are on all levels. Fun place. I'll be back.
