I have had running boards put on my GMC Sierra truck by Arrow Toppers, as well as a new Century cap put on a 2024 Ford F-150 color matching. Today I had an older tonneau cover with lock problems and the mechanic was able to get the thing assembled and unstuck to work again, despite it being an older mechanical assembly, and did not charge me for the adjustments. I was considering a Topper for a new Jeep Gladiator I recently purchased, kind of a specialty thing for this truck so I decided to see what was available at our local Truck Topper retailers. After some internet research I found only two major manufacturers produced one specific to my vehicle, Leer and ARE. Armed with a little information I visited Arrow Toppers and met with Jason there to see if I could put my eyes on actual products and discuss my options, He was friendly and very willing to show me his inventory and explain features along with discussing "pro's & con's" of the choices. He gave me some quotes and I left wanting some time to consider my options. Soon after I decided on the ARE CX Classic for my Gladiator in the OTR finish designed to blend with the Freedom Tops painted black on the Jeep. I ordered the topper from Jason with a quoted lead time of one to two months coming from Ohio. Sure enough at about 6 1/2 weeks it was in at Arrow and Jason called to schedule an "Install" appointment. I asked "how about today, how busy are you?"... Fortunately this Friday morning he had an opening and about an hour later I was backing in his shop. In about 30 minutes he was explaining a few operational guidelines including the tilt-in front window and I was soon on my way topped! I had personally checked with a few other local topper vendors and decided both ARE and Arrow were my choice - glad I did! I am very pleased with the service from Jason & staff @ Arrow Toppers and ARE. If considering a truck topper or many other accessories that they offer - I would both return to ARROW and I highly recommend them. I recently purchased a GMC Sierra pickup truck. I wanted something that would keep items in the bed out of the rain and offer some security. I did my research and knew what I would pay if I ordered the cover from the manufacturer. When I arrived at Arrow Toppers Mike (the President) was busy in the middle of an install and the shop was about to close on a Saturday afternoon. Still he stopped and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. They had a display of the Bakflip and he highly recommended the product. Mike quoted me a price only $30 above that on the manufacturer's website, and best of all that included installation. Three days later I got a call that my cover was in. They even got me in the same day to install it. They were waiting for me when I got there and I backed right into the service bay. My wife and I got to watch the install. I was very impressed with the care they took with my truck, laying down blankets even though I have a bed liner. The install only took about 15-20 minutes. They then took the time to make sure I knew exactly how to operate the foldable cover. It was well worth the $30 to have them install it. Mike even noticed that my wife, she is short legged, was having a challenge getting into the truck due to its height. He suggested adding side bars. I (my wife probably more than me) look forward to getting them installed later this week. If you have a truck and need a Tonneau cover, I would recommend the Bakflip HD. Great service these guys care about delivering the product their client wants and stand by their installations. I visited the other local topper provider who was more intent on telling me I couldn't get the configuration that i was looking for. I'm about to drop $4K on a topper and the sales guy is saying no you cant have this with that. So i left and drove down the street to Arrow, Mike listened to what i wanted and although it was not the typical standard install, he said no problem we can get that worked out. The install took just a half day and they did an awesome job and offered a discount. My truck is now how i wanted it. The Leer Locker, swing out boxes, LED Lighting, auto locking with key fob, roof bars and wire mesh pet protectors on the windows. They also installed the 5" Westin Foot bars too. Big win with these guys!! This was the easiest experience I've truly ever had in all my years of driving. Here's why: I called and asked for a quote. They were prompt and polite, and gave me a quote that beat everything else hands down. Then they offered to order it right then and told me they'd give me a call when my cover came in. The next morning I got a call saying my cover was in, and they were able to get me in and installed it the same day! Took all of 20 minutes. And saved me a lot of money (and time!).
