This has got to be the worst roofing company in Columbus. I am a production manager for a large multi family builder in Columbus. They have done a few jobs for us. Not one of them has been a pleasant experience. They started a few of these jobs over a year ago we have since then had to hire another company to finish them. They are unorganized, Their workers are non-professional. And their service is crap. I've had many leaks that I've had to have other companies fix I highly recommend to stay far away from Arrow roofing! read more

Terrible customer service! We called them for some roof repairs. The estimator came out, did a comprehensive inspection, took pictures, etc. They said we'd have an estimate in a few days. Two weeks later I called and they gave me an excuse why they hadn't called me back, but said they'd have a quote in a few days. Two more weeks passed and I called again. This time they said they'd get to it today. Another week has passed with no word, so I'm writing this review. read more

I have regretted my experience with Arrow Roofing from day one. I was lied to by the rep when I questioned who would be installing the new roof. He assured me it would not be subcontractors, but employees of Arrow Roofing. Just one of the many untruths I was told before signing and paying. The morning of my roof install subcontractors showed up and only one of the three barely comprehended or spoke English. Arrow Roofing did not assure the job was completed appropriately and of course I now have an issue. They sent a guy out (two weeks after reporting what I believed to be a leak mind you) who confirmed the issue by showing me pics he took of the bathroom vent hoses which were not installed correctly and were lying flat on the attic floor. This caused condensation to build up in both of them and therefore water to come down through the ceiling. There was also a piece that prevents insulation from covering the ventilation which was not placed back correctly and caused additional moisture issues. I now appear to have mold growing in the corner of a bathroom. I was then told a guy named Apollo would be here this morning to correct the issue. He didn't show so I called and was reassured he would be here this afternoon. I informed the useless employee that does the scheduling that I have a 4:00pm appointment. She assured me he would be here before then. He did not show. When I called her back I was informed that he wasn't going to make it, was a subcontractor and she could not "hold his hand to make him show". I took PTO from work today and sat here all day waiting for him to show up and fix this issue caused by the subpar work from their subcontractors and lack of oversight by Arrow. I would not recommend them nor will I ever use them in the future. read more

Arrow Roofing made things really easy when I had storm damage to my roof this summer. Angela Z. referred me to them, as she'd used their services twice before. They were able to come out quickly to estimate the damage an help me decide if I even needed to file a claim. Then, they worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure I got what was best for my home vs. their wallets. They even waived my deductible for placing a sign in my yard for the weeks leading up to my repair, which I so needed as I did not have $500 laying around to just hand over! It took about 8 or 9 weeks to get the repair done as rain was making their work difficult and pushed their schedule back. I ended up getting a whole new roof, some fascia, and some gutters. They sent over a crew of 7 and they tackled the whole roof in half a day. Amazing. They did a good job cleaning up as well. They place tarps over the grass around the house as a preventative measure to make things easy. I only found one rogue nail. Brian, my contact, followed up to make sure everything went well and their office manager kept me in the loop to make sure I was able to receive and forward the final payment. All in all it was painless and I felt confident they had my best interests in mind. read more

I had someone from the company come out to give me and estimate on November 6th. He took some pictures and said he'd get back to me with an estimate in a couple days. Since then, I have called him 2x and no response. I called the office this week and spoke with a receptionist. She stated she would speak with a manager and have someone call me. Still nothing! Awful customer service! read more

When I needed repairs to my roof, Arrow was recommended by my insurance agent. Even better, they were the only roofer I called who were able to come out the same day to take a look and give me an estimate. The initial tarping off and securing of the roof was done quickly and carefully, and they followed up to complete the repairs, even taking care of a couple other trouble spots they found that were not part of the original repair request, but not charging me extra. Very impressed with their service! read more

First of all I have to give some credit. There were several reps at Arrow that we're very courteous and responsive. With all the issues I've had with my roof they did try to repair the issues and had techs out several times to resolve issues. That's all the credit I can give though. Here are the issues I've had with my Arrow Roof. 1. Slow scheduling and lack of communication. Contract was signed on 11/02/17 and down payment was submitted right after that. Had to call repeated times to get the project scheduled. Project was finally scheduled for 12/13/17 after several calls. Work didn't begin until 12/14/17 and wasn't completed until the end of day 12/15/17. 2. Poor clean up after project. Old shingles, scraps and single tape found in yard and bushes. 3. Dumpster was left in my driveway for days after project was completed which blocked my garage. 4. Incomplete work, the gable vents weren't blocked off after new ridge vents were installed. I was told that having the gable vents open would cause improper air flow through the attic. 5. No sheathing clips were installed between the old plywood and the new OSB patches. 6. Poor communication and scheduling for follow up work. I contacted them several times to get someone to come out and get the work completed. The first time was before the holidays on the 19th and I was told the work would be done before Christmas. I waited for a week then reached out again. It took over two months to get a timeline on follow up repairs. 7. After follow up work was completed I found exposed nail heads in my shingles where they we're nailed too low and the shingle above didn't cover them. Arrow had to come out several times to fix nails and improperly installed shingles. 8. 8/27/19 Massive leak around the vent fan for my full bath. Water was coming in through the vent fan in the bathroom and when I checked out the attic the ceiling joists we're soaked. I have a 15 year labor warranty with my contract and have contacted Arrow several times, but I still don't have a schedule for the repair. It's been a week now. read more

Since I had used Arrow the last time my roof needed replacing I requested a quote for a new roof. While waiting for the quote (it took 6 days when then said it would be 2) I checked the Better Business Bureau rating. Discovered the BBB has been complaining to them since 2019 that they are not a member and shouldn't be using their logo on their website and quotes (they are claiming an A+ rating!). I suggest going to a reputable company instead of this one. read more

Marc was fantastic and very quick to respond to our questions. They were there right away when we needed help. Marc came out promptly and used his expertise to take care of the problem and help us to know what to do next. Once insurance was taken care of Marc helped to get everything lined up to get a new roof on the house. They worked quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up really well and didn't leave anything behind. We would highly recommend Marc and the team and we would definitely call them again if needed. read more

I was given a quote by their sales rep. He did a site visit and had the plans. He had the material list from the manufacturer. In other words, he had all the information he could possibly have. Nothing changed on my end. Once I signed the contract they said it would cost more than double what we contracted for. Very shady. Avoid these crooks. read more

I hired them in January of 2019 for a full roof and sheet. I couldn't even be placed on the schedule till June. I was rescheduled up until July 31 2019 and no one will call me back to give me deposit back or get the materials and dumpster out of my driveway. I fired them because the crew for the July 31st had not shown and I wasn't getting an answer about another install date. Plus after 2 months of BS I figured it was time. They get the materials when I get the money. So far nothing August 7, 2019 read more

Be very cautious using them. While the work they did was fine (in the end) there were a lot of things that did not go well along the way. First we were told the job would be done in 3-4 weeks from the time we signed the contract. It took almost 14 weeks. There were multiple days they claimed they would be starting but something always came up and they couldn't start the job (not to mention they would wait to the morning of to let us know it wasn't happening and only after i reached out to confirm). After multiple times of Making excuses they finally told us they Lost a crew and that was the delay. Some Of the frustration could have been avoided if they were upfront and honest. Their communication is sub par at best. They don't update their clients and I was left to hound them for updates on when the job would start, when material would be delivered, when things would be finished. I would have to text/call multiple times and days in a row to get a response. All I asked for along the way was to be updated in a timely manner so we could plan. That just didn't happen and there was always an excuse why...but never was it their fault and no apologies were ever given. When the job actually did start they ordered incorrectly not once but twice. This was after I specifically asked if it was enough material the first time it was delivered. They assured me it was even after sending photos. Nope. So more material was ordered. Was not enough again. Then the material was on backorder which delayed the project even more. Again no apology. I get things happen but when asked how it happened twice, they just had no idea. The first crew after finished left things half completed (siding nails sticking through the garage, joint pieces sticking out) and trim that was two different colors. They damaged part of our deck and our dish which had to be replaced. In my opinion this is things they should have noticed and fixed. If we didn't say anything no one would have fixed it. After asking about when the trim would be fixed so it could all be one color, i received no response from the two head people and then randomly just a crew (well one man and his very young son) showed up early on a Saturday morning with no forewarning from the company. Would have been nice to know so we could arrange and had a heads up. siding had to be taken down and put back up. I gave them two stars instead of one because in the end after multiple trips the siding looks fine and they discounted our quote for delays, but i would not recommend them. If i had to do another siding job i would use someone who is more reliable, Keeps their word, and has much better communication!!! read more

I requested a quote to make certain repairs to my roof and front step. The estimator came out, evaluated the issues, and assured me that a quote would be provided in a "few days." It has now been more than a month and I have yet to receive said quote. read more

Arrow wouldn't stand by their warranty when they replaced our roof in 2015. We paid them extra to fix a leak over our bay window which continued to leak just the same after the repair. When they came to look they said it could only be fixed if we paid another $800 beyond what we had already paid. We requested a refund of our original cost for that repair since it obviously didn't do anything, but they refused. Stay away. read more

I wish I could give them ZERO! DO NO HIRE THEM!! They told me 4 days for roofing and siding, after 2 months I have thrown them off of my property. They trimmed and caulked 4 window drains shut so when it rains all of the water drains back into the home. Arrow covered my kitchen exhaust vent the first time, the second time they put the connection that is supposed to go under the siding on the outside and just stuck on the vent. They trimmed by garage and put gutter up in the wrong color. They only cleaned up (if that is what you could call it) twice in 2 months. I have picked up over 100 nails in the last couple of days and I have only checked 1/4 of the property. I caught them not putting on the underlayment so they had to remove siding to put that on. Arrow ran out of siding 3 times on a small story and half house. They didn't trim out 2 outlets - they just hung them over the siding. They removed my entire electric meter then told me I had to hire an electrician to have it reattached then they removed his connections again to put on the underlayment. This is a PARTIAL list of the HORRIBLE job. No one knows what anyone else if doing. They have repeatedly promised to fix everything but then for days no one will show up. If they spend 3 hours with 2 men at the house I considered myself lucky. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! read more
