When the tech arrived he said it's a liability issue and he doesn't install C wires BUT on the website it is advertised that they do install it. When he arrived he asked for the instruction manual but I said we don't have it. He played around with the nest wiring and came down to saying it's the C wire and he can't do anything and I was still charged the full amount. For nothing in return when I knew I needed a c wire. I reached out and voiced my concern and they came back with a 20% refund. DONT waste your money on these people. Call your local HVAC rep and they will be so much more helpful and cheaper.
