He ordered the panel, at an extremely reasonable cost, and kept me in the loop on the ETA. The day it arrived, he contacted me right away for appointment to install. He installed it quickly, accurately and neatly. Wagner Glass Works is a great example of "No Job To Small". After spending well over $6,000 on a door, we started having issues just a few months after installation. The door wouldn't latch properly, so naturally, we contacted the company that installed it, expecting them to stand behind their work and correct the issue. Boy, were we wrong. They charged us $225 just to come out and assess the problem. After their inspection, they claimed nothing was wrong. Yet the door continued to have the exact same issue. We contacted them again, only to be told they wanted to charge us another service fee to come back out. Seriously? You installed the door, the installation was faulty, and now you expect the customer to keep paying you to figure out your own mistake? Rather than waste any more time or money, we called another company. Within 10 minutes, they identified the problem: the door had not been shimmed properly during installation. They corrected it on the spot and didn't even charge us! Now THAT is the kind of company that deserves your business. Mistakes happen. No business is perfect. But what separates a reputable company from the rest is how they take responsibility, stand behind their workmanship, and treat their customers when something goes wrong.
