We had an animal coming and going between our wall and fireplace stack. We had called Critter…read moreControl out just to get this animal out for us. We have previously called out a different company, but they said there was ZERO indication of rodents or creatures in the attic. However, we were still hearing noises near the fireplace. Critter Control came out and all of a sudden we had a rat/mouse problem. They suggested that they set up traps and seal the attic. They set up traps nowhere near where we said the animal was. However, they continued not to listen for two weeks and the creature ended up dying in the exact spot we had told them to investigate (stinking up the entire house). At the end of the day, we are having to pay for a service that they didn't provide (trapping a squirrel) all because they wound't listen to their customers. We were happy with wildlife protection ($689). The rodent removal was ($400). Had we known that they were just going to let the squirrel die we wouldn't have hired them. We could have removed a dead animal ourselves. We do not recommend. Oh and there were ZERO rats/mice. Update: Critter Control just offered to knock $60 off what we shouldn't be paying at all if we REMOVE our reviews. Their unethical business conduct is despicable. Not only that, but the owner and his accountant can't even tell us what they are charging us for this non-service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Justin was very thorough and even checked the attic. 20 years of termite inspection and nobody ever checked the attic. He replaced all the outdoor bait stations and took care to not destroy my landscaping. Other inspectiors and workers with Turner have taken little care to disturb the ground surrounding the bait stations. He was very kind to my daughter. He allowed her to " help with the inspection ". She absolutely enjoyed learning and helping. Shout out to Emma last years inspector she was great also. Justin is genuine and takes his job seriously. Higher ups at Turner take note this guy deserves a raise and a promotion!

I had bundled service with Turner and never had a problem with pest control. I was never contacted and decided to call and received the same song and dance about a supervisor. After not hearing from anyone again I decided to cancel Turner. It cost me $455 to fix my lawn. They keep sending me the bill for the poor service and again offered to have a supervisor contact me. I told them to send me the bill because I won't give them any info over the phone. I've hired a new service, Lawn looks great and no bugs.
