This company and specifically Glenn Glover and Mike Warren refused to give me the personnel I needed to accomplish the goals they set for the Service Center in Pigeon Forge that I was the Manager of. Glenn Glover specifically harassed me constantly saying off the wall remarks pertaining to my age and my physical ability to accomplish every job in the service center The constant pressure eventually caused me to have a stroke that forced me to retire, immediately after I was terminated they gave the new manager the help I had been asking for so they could be successful In Manager meetings I was ridiculed by Glenn Glover and he laughed when the other managers would say disparaging things about my age and my ability to be a Manager I wouldn't refer anyone to pursue any position with this company read more

Today is the second time in a week my exterminator scheduled with me via text and then didn't show up at all much less anywhere near on time. The first two no shows I contacted him and we rescheduled. I'd say he's forgetting to put it on the schedule. This morning he promised first thing between 830-9 and here we are at 10 am and still no show, no text. I'm over it and over Arrow, they are very unprofessional and not reliable. I have a box elder problem. Arrow sent Daniel to apply a treatment. Daniel was exceptional, professional, and competent. Used them for about 3 years but we are done. They are on time and friendly but we've had a few issues. First they raised their prices without letting us know til we got the bill. That sort of rubs me the wrong way not being told. The big thing was we were have a ant problem. They came and sprayed and it didn't help a bit. It had in the past but not this time. I tried something's myself but after a few weeks called them to follow up. Follow ups are suppose to be free especially when the treatment is not working. They come and told me they have had this problem everywhere and they changed up the formula and it's working now. They spray and it did the trick. Then the BILLED ME AGAIN !!! I have spoke to them and they keep calling and sending the bill. Follow ups are FREE I have been told. But to do it and actually tell me what you did before was worthless and want to be paid twice ??? I'm done BUG OFF !!! read more

This is our second year using Jacob from Arrow for mosquito and tick control. I have to say that I am blown away. Jacob always lets me know before he comes and is very kind and understanding. The woods are along the fence line in our back yard and for the 5 years we lived here, mosquitos were a big problem. Ticks also. Since Arrow started coming once a month, I have not had one bug bite. And neither have my children. We would see a few ticks every year, but now they are gone. And that is particularly good news as I have had Lyme disease twice. I would highly recommend Arrow to anyone looking to keep these pesky insects out of your yard. read more

We have used this company for the past year and have been through 4 technicians and 2 sets of things they cant help with....wasps and beetles. They are good with termites I guess...which we didnt have but we set up the in ground things...and they are fairly good with ants. All around I give them about a 60/100. My cat just caught a mouse inside this morning though, so thinking of changing companies. read more

Arrow Exterminators were the first pest control company we used when we bought our house (our first and current house). They were difficult to schedule (always), called at inconvenient hours. and when I did discuss times for them to come out, they always came out at not the discussed times. The few times I was able to actually schedule them to come out, their service men were creepy and made me feel awkward in my home. I'm so glad I switched Pest control companies. read more

Customer service is wonderful. I am a long time customer and on 2-3-17 I had an issue about termites in my living room and garage. Lewie was at my address in an hour! He looked at the walls and assured me that the wall in the garage was under control and he did not think the pin point prickling all over one wall in the Living Room was due to termite damage. read more
