Later we found out from Subaru it was an aftermarket windshield because we had issues with it. After a few days went by, it started to rain, and the dash started acting crazy which all derived from the installation from the windshield installed by AmeriPro. Dwayne, the manager, was not caring to address the issue. The installation and calibration was off because of an aftermarket product. Dwayne, refused to fix this issue, so my husband and I contacted Brad owner/ boss of Dwayne the manager. Brad told my husband that if he would take down the reviews, he would pay him $100. AFTER Brad called my husband's insurance on a threeway and tells our insurance the it was a"Failure Installation" by AmeriPro, our insurance approved the OEM to be put in. Brad said there are other customers scheduled and for us to wait until wednesday next week to replace our windshield. We then felt that there was no urgency whatsoever to prioritize our windshield replacement which was a"Failure Installation ". Brad put $30 worth of gas to our car whereas our drive from Georgia to Ameripro Glass Jacksonville back and forth cost us $183.63 . We are very disappointed so we decided to go with another company that is professional to put in the windshield. *The Better Business Bureau said we should not do that because companies like AmeriPro try to pay for good reviews and pay consumers to take down their reviews. *Also, take note that the positive reviews on their reviews are from workers and friends of the company to get higher reviews.* I'm just sharing the Horrible experience with AmeriPro Glass in Jacksonville, Florida

After the damage occurred, they did not take responsibility for it or provide an acceptable solution, and they left. I have photos and documentation of the damage and the service. I hope the company will still choose to resolve this matter professionally.

About a month ago June 2025, I noticed some scratches & defects on the inside of the driver & passenger windows. I took it to Firehouse & had them take a look. They said the clear coat was peeling off and if I had my warranty paperwork they could replace it under warranty. I thought for sure that I had the warranty paper but after searching everywhere I couldn't find it. I made an appointment to have it replaced. I called them a few days early & they had a cancelation so I brought It in. I was willing to pay for the replacement tint since it was over 12 years old. Sandra said that they would stand behind their work & warranty even though I didn't have my original paperwork. So they replaced the tint in about 30mins or less & I was back rolling with fresh tint. I have used Firehouse on at least 3 vehicles & have recommended them to several coworkers & friends. They did a great job & even followed up to make sure that I was very satisfied. When they say Lifetime warranty, they back it up!

Unprofessional and low work ethic. No samples were shown, as they seemed to understand the request. Little did I know they were cutting corners. After tinting the windows, I realized they were too light and you could see all aspects of the interior and that they laid clear on the factory tint, so I called and asked if we could darker the windows as this was not the expectations set. They agreed and set me up with an appointment to come by the following week, which made sense given the premium this shop charges for tinting. Once arrived I was told they were not going to correct the windows or add an additional layer to darken them, that I would need to pay $400+ in materials to correct them. I was also told that "even Ray Charles can see the window samples" on one of the walls in the showroom, yet these were never pointed out to me or any customer when I was there. Nothing like a racial insult to earn them 5-stars of customer service. Not to mention trying to insult a customer. Just because you have a sign or sample somewhere in your shop does not mean customers see it, especially when you never pointed it out or reference it, unless you are combating a customer concern. Soon after insulting me and raising his voice he hung up on me. A professional and class act none the less. BEWARE: these guys are money grabbers who don't value customer satisfaction, and will take any opportunity to take your money. For all I know, they chose not to do the windows correctly the first time, so I'd have to pay additional. BEWARE: Scammers with extreme attitude. I'd suggest any other local tint shop, such as RollingSound for a Proffesional experience.
