First off, they said I would need to come into the shop for the replacement because they need to calibrate it and they can only do it in the shop. Well I drop it off first thing in the morning and they end up not even finishing it, even though it was there all day until almost an hour after they closed. They say they will have to have a mobile tech come out and calibrate the windshield. Fine. The mobile tech comes out and he ends up not calibrating it, but REPLACING THE WINDSHIELD! Yes, the brand new windshield that did not need replacing. Says he can't calibrate it, we need to come into the shop. Fine. This morning, I'm driving my car and water starts pouring out from the headliner onto the screen and dashboard of my car. Obviously they installed the windshield incorrectly. It's not even raining!! It is nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone from the shop and when we finally did they 100% did not care and told us the earliest we could come in to fix it is Saturday. It is currently Tuesday. So now, I have water leaking out of the fabric liner and onto the electronics in my car. My car smells like mildew, and we are expecting rain every day until this weekend. The manager was supposed to contact us and still hasn't. I regret coming here so badly and I would never ever recommend this location to any of my friends. Hopefully we hear from the manager/owner soon and can work on some sort of resolution.

Had two glass companies come out for an estimate. Decided to go with Baker because their estimate…read morewas much more reasonable and we had options of different types of glass to choose from. The guys that came out to perform the installation did a great job for the most part. There were a few pieces of glass that we had to sweep up and they did bump into the camera we had on the roof which required adjusting, but we are satisficed with the window. No more fogging!

I visited a back in April and was very satisfied with the job they did. I had a tint appointment…read morescheduled with another company, and that company canceled on me. I frantically was searching for another business to complete the job that day, as I had already taken a day off to get the job done. Tint Store was able to accommodate me the same day, and they completed the job in less than 3 hours. I opted for the base tint, which I believe they call the privacy film and it came out great. Their pricing was more than fair as well. I definitely recommend this business.
