DO NOT GO HERE! The Ziebart in Cicero, New York has lost our business after 10+ years with them…read more They did not finish the job that we asked them to do. The sticky residue was still on the handle under the passenger side seat after I told them it was there and needed clean. When I brought it to their attention, they told me that they would not clean it. After we paid $500 for the premium package. This isn't the only time that they haven't finished cleaning the inside of the car over the past 10+ years. We've given them several chances in the past where we had to bring the car back a second time. DONE!!!! I do not recommend this location. The office person was rude, unprofessional, lazy and wouldn't help me. After many thousands of dollars spent at this location over the years, we will never return. F- F- F-

I had an incredibly disappointing and suspicious experience with Northside Collision. My 2021 BMW…read moreX7 was sent here as part of a USAA claim, and the level of service was unacceptable. The front right side of the vehicle was damaged. First, after the vehicle sat at their shop for weeks, they admitted on December 23rd that they did not even have a technician available to work on my car and couldn't provide a start date because they hadn't even started disassembly. Second, the estimates provided by this shop were highly questionable. The estimate jumped from $20k to over $33k without any work being performed. Most concerning was that they included "damages" to tires and rims on the left side of my vehicle--a side that was never involved in the accident. When I sought a second opinion from a BMW certified shop, they confirmed that the "mechanical issues" (specifically a steering shaft replacement) Northside claimed were necessary were not supported by the test results. It felt as though this shop was working in tandem with the insurance company to inflate the estimate just enough to "total" the vehicle rather than repair it. Between the lack of staffing, the inconsistent communication from Marie, Christopher, the manager Nate, and the inaccurate damage reports, I would strongly caution anyone--especially those with luxury vehicles--against using this facility.

He took her in, touched up all the rust and she looked beautiful and lasted me 8 years! When I had a small fender bender I took her in again. I couldn't ask for a more professional and easy to work with repair facility. I would recommend Morales Collision to anyone that needs to go through insurance or pay out of pocket. I have done both with Morales Collision and I am glad I chose his facility for my repair work.

The website doesn't show pictures of the shop, but it does makes it seem legit. A friend of mine recommended that I go here after his great experience with window tint. First, there isn't anywhere to sit in the business, which isn't a huge deal but definitely odd, which is my reason for a 4 star instead of 5. So he suggested I go across the street to the Dunkin' Donuts and wait an hour and a half. I got my truck windows tinted dark all around which is why it took longer. Second, he got it done in just over an hour, faster than he told me. Lastly, it was just done today and looks fantastic. We'll see when it dries, but I think it'll look even better. I would highly recommend going here at this point. He said he's been doing it since the 80's and seems to care more about his skills than the exterior of the building. Oh, and cash only.

This business and its employees deserve way more than 5 stars. I have an Rv that had a major crack…read morein the windshield and needed to be replaced. My insurance sent me to a glass shop in Watertown that was horrific and could not do the job they claimed they could do. My insurance then sent me to J& T Auto and I was hesitant after the horrible experience I had at a different glass shop. I drove down from Ft Drum to this shop in Syracuse and the I was immediately impressed with the professional and attention that I received. They were able to replace my windshield though it was no easy feat do to the massive size and weight of the windshield. They completed the work a day prior to their estimated completion. They did a fabulous job and I will continuously inform anyone that I meet that needs a windshield or glass replaced especially in an RV to go to this shop. I would drive all the way from California to J & T if I ever need any work done again that's how amazing they are. Keep up the great work and if you need some work done please give them a call first and save yourself time and horrors with another business.
