Cross your fingers he or any of the individuals working for him don't do damage to your vehicle while under their care, because you'll likely be on your own for repairs. After over charging my husband and I for ice dam removal due to "supply and demand", the removal caused significant damage to our permanent gazebo, hot tub cover, sliding glass door and siding. The damage was due to the employees tossing ice blocks off the roof with no care or concern with where they were throwing it. Countless large blocks of ice were thrown from the roof landing on our gazebo, causing it to collapse into the sliding glass door and side of the house. Total cost of damages is (at minimum) $5000. After swearing at my husband on the phone during one conversation, later telling him it wasn't his fault and shouldn't be responsible, he offered us no more than $1500 and then hung up on him. The carelessness, immaturity and lack of professionalism is astounding. It's truly a shame that the company we originally called subbed the job out to Brandon and this is what we were left with. Though I can't speak to his car detailing, I would use caution when dealing with Brandon and any of his business as this is how he takes care of customers when a problem arises.

Ryan was well versed in how this worked and the requirements for this product. It took a few hours to install as he took his time and did everything right. Even though the car was brand new he polished it to bring out even more shine. It has been over a year and 2 winters and the coating is still going strong. I dropped off my 18 Tesla Model S 100D to Cody on a Monday, easily spent more than 35-40hrs on it, putting a lot of elbow grease on what appeared to be a multi-step paint correction process, and then topped it all off with a generous coat of Revivify, which is essentially a perfect marriage of ceramic coating and PPF (it's like liquid PPF that retains and improves upon the benefits of ceramic and PPF, with no downsides. Yes, it's still almost 10 nm thick). Expect to spend $1000-2500 however. His craftsmanship doesn't come cheap, but its value is more than worth any potential sticker shock you might come across. If you don't want quality service, you should move along and find others. I had a significant amount of swirls and deep rock chips that had gotten deep into my paint, which 2 other detailers couldn't correct, or were brave enough to cut into my Tesla's paint. But Cody was able to do so with confidence and his results were amazing. Highly recommended small business establishment.
