I would choose negative stars if I could. This place is an absolute scam. It's been well over 4 weeks since we first called them out. They've been to our home many times and still never even diagnosed the correct issue or fixed ANYTHING! They actually made things worse. They never even fixed the original reason we called them out before trying to get us to pay an additional 7000. And this is after well over 7 times of coming out to our home. They simply do not know what they're doing. Id rather spend an entire winter with no heat than call these people back out to my home. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! read more

If I could give these people a minus 10 I would! I am a disabled woman living alone with no family. These people were called by my home warranty company to fix my heating system over the Christmas Holiday. They came out promptly and took my deductible of $100. They said the fix required a part and they would order it... two days later I called to find out when they would be out to fix my system, to be informed the part was not here and they did not know when it would arrive. That it would be after Christmas, II ask when they planned on giving me this information as it was December 21. The man mumbled and said later that day. So for Christmas, I spent my holiday in a bedroom with a space heater and my loving cat, Spooky. On December 28th after the coldest Christmas in 20 years, I called to find out just when I could expect my system to be fixed and was informed the part still would not be here until the 30th. I ask could they not overnight it and was told that would not pay the $50 to expedite it. If they had called me and told me that they needed $50 before the holidays I would have gladly paid it, but they didn't! Then because I had been upset on the phone with them, they cancelled my service saying they had more customers than they could handle. SO, IT WOULD BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I WOULD EVER USE THEM! Arrow Heating and Air . Unless You are just a thrill seeker who enjoys the risk of freezing your s off, don't bother calling Arrow. We called our home warranty company because the upstairs portion of our new-to-us house was 90 degrees and downstairs was 55. They sent out Arrow. The technician who stated he was the Vice President of the company poked around in the attic, came down and told us there was a big gap in our duct work and we were essentially just heating our attic. He stated he needed to submit a diagnosis to our warranty company to gain approval for repairs and collected a service fee. For nothing. That was Tuesday at lunchtime. Still hadn't heard back by WEDNESDAY at noon so I called the warranty company. ARROW had never submitted a work request. I called their office and was told that it would still be a few hours before they could get that submitted. I called the warranty company back and miraculously they had received a request from Arrow. I called Arrow back and was told they had no one available UNTIL FRIDAY. For a repair job that could have been called in and performed in 30 minutes on TUESDAY. Not only were they fine with leaving us with no heat when the temps were dropping to the 20's/30's- they were looking to be paid a second service fee. I called ONTIME SERVICES after looking at reviews on Nextdoor and the tech Victor showed up, got the work done, explained a few key things about system and was out the door within an hour. read more

The "owner" Karen Booth is rude, unprofessional & indignant. After setting a service call for the home of 2 elderly people, and receiving a "set" appointment date & time, this "owner" of the subcontracting company changed the time on a whelm & never once bothered to contact the homeowner (representative) to confirm that this was acceptable or even see if the change in time would work for them. She does not like to be questioned or corrected with how SHE mishandled this situation & tried to spin it by making accusations that the person questioning her unprofessional rude*** is "hostile". Which is EXACTLY how SHE came across. (Game recognizes game). Failing to realize that there are 1000's of air/heating companies all across America who would welcome & love the opportunity to service our homes "and treat the customers with respect & appreciation, is going to be the main reason the doors to this company close permanently... and not the virus thats got your numbers down to nothing. This Corvid 19 Virus has changed the game for everyone & when a/h services are needed, this company won't make the list of options because of people like Karen Booth's rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, mean, nasty tempered HOTILE ***. The reviews of this company speaks volumes! My advise, read the reviews 1st BEFORE contacting any company for service to your home..save yourself the headache of dealing with ungrateful private subcontractors like this. Never again Arrow... It was awful from the beginning. After a tech came out and ordered parts that weren't needed 5 days went by with no heat in 30* weather at Christmas with a toddler, they told me it was going to be an additional 3-4 days to get the parts. Office staff had no since of urgency or empathy. I called Ready Heating and Air....They were out to my home within hours and had my heat working within 30 min. If I could give a zero rating I would. All of the technicians to include Cole and Ty were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. However, the owner Randall is very rude, does not follow through with his work, and lies about their intentions with repairs. I used American Home Shield and they sent this company to my home. The entire time they stated that my warranty company supplies junk and the owner continued to try and sell me his units. When my air handler was finally received after nearly a month without air conditioning, the service people came out to install and then told me it was the wrong part. I was fine with that and was very understanding as long as it would still be fixed sooner than later. However, after they left once again the owner and his wife told me that the part was correct but that they had additional work that would need to be done. Again, more money requested out of pocket and still no A/C. Randall, the owner stated he would complete all of the work within a week but instead the very next day after the install was supposed to occur they completely ditched the entire install. Randall then called my home warranty company and told them there was a confrontation (which absolutely never happened). In fact his two employees stood in my living room for 30 minutes talking about pets and their parents during high school life. I offered them water and even assisted them with unloading the air handler from its box in my driveway. There was absolutely no confrontations and at the end of the day it was because he didnt want to do the work. He wanted to sell me expensive equipment and wasted an entire month of mine. He didnt even have enough decency to call me before dropping the entire job completely. I found out when the new company called to schedule with me. The new company that American Home Shield is sending states they can fix it same week. Arrow Company and its owners are a joke. Do not use them as they are not reliable and are run by rude inconsiderate people that do not have a sense of urgency nor care about the way they treat you. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS!! I would. The company is unprofessional and they are liars. I had an issue with my AC so I reported it to my home warranty company. They came out, told me I needed a replacement unit, furnace etc. They indicated that they would speak with my warranty company and come back out. Well a few days later they scheduled to come back out but sent a new guy I'm assuming he was the manager to review the units and to come up with a game plan. He advised me that there was no big issue getting the job done and it all depended on the warranty company. (Lie) They called the warranty company and passed on the job altogether. I had to go through back and forward phone calls ended up with a new company in which he fixed the furnace but not the AC. Reason being my original request for Air Conditioning was September-October. By the time the new guy got the Job in November he was mainly focused on the Heat. That's neither here nor there he has received his own review. NOW back To Arrow Air- since spring is approaching I decided to call back in about my air conditioning. Again my warranty company set me up with them. Ha and guess what... This time they did not even acknowledge the work order. That's right I have been waiting for them to call and have not received one call. So I decided to call them received no answer. So I called my warranty company back a few days later and they were actually able to touch basis with Arrow air and they informed my warranty company that they thought it was an old request...Terrible company!!! After 11 days of the same issues with our AC and multiple visits out to the home, they are still not able to diagnose the issue. It works for a few minutes after a "repair" and then goes out again with the exact same issue. Everyone from the woman who answers the phone to the owner continue to give us the run around and will not give us a specific time frame for coming back out to try to fix the issue. They've even told us the owner himself would come out to the property and he never did. After speaking with the owner, he would still not give us a specific time to out each time. Finally after 12 days, we called a different company outside of our home warranty for a 2nd opinion. They came out within the hour on a Saturday and fixed the issue in 30 mins. They also found that Arrow Air put the wrong motor on the unit in one their attempts to fix the issue and was causing even more issues by causing the motor to overheat. read more
