Negatives: I was charged $600 (in addition to the higher weekend fee to come out) for a repair that took 20 minutes and required no parts. It was two different charges that didn't really make sense because you couldn't have really done one without the other. It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. I have used them for repairs before without issue, but will not be using them again and would not recommend them to my friends/family/neighbors.

After saying it wasn't covered by my Homeowner's Insurance because of a missing part, they quoted me a repair price of $700. I said,"goodbye." After the repair person left, I found the missing part on the ground, near the disconnect box. It was a cover the size of your cell phone that goes between the outside box cover and the a/c wires in the box. I jammed the part back into place, and called the Homeowner's Insurance Company to share the matter with them. After sending them photos, they said they would cover any necessary repairs, and that the HVAC company would come back out. Guess what? The HVAC company never called, dodged my calls, not interested in finishing the job. After a month,Airbender was assigned the job by the homeowner's insurance company and came out. Repair person was like, "no-there's absolutely nothing wrong w your disconnect box. They were just trying to scam you." Sooooo.... 5 stars to Airbender for their honesty and prompt appearance to resolve the matter. Beware of Pro-Price HVAC! Do not deal with them!!!!!

They came out and diagnosed an air conditionet problem that cost 1,160 dollars. I paid them. The unit seemed to work after they left. They said they would come back to make sure it was working but never did. Ten days later it quit working again they came out again. They tore up a lot of duct work to get to the motor that they said was not working. I looked up the part and it was normally around 300 to 500 dollars. They left and called back later and said now I had to pay 2,200 dollars to fix it. I was livid. Ten days before they charged 1,160 to fix it and now say it is 2,200 more to fix it again. Never acknowledging they misdiagnosed and charged me 1,160 dollars for nothing. Well I called Another company for a second opinion. I called Integrity Air HVAC. Guess what, It was the motor all along, but Integrity only charged me 850 dollars. That included new duct work that 3D had torn up with their ham fisted diagnostics the day before. Integrity fixed it all and it has worked great since.

They told me that it would not be worth the money to fix and that they suggest a new unit ($6600-$8800). I received a referral from a friend for Jeff at Active Air and he came out and checked out my system and discovered that my problem was not the compressor but the capacitor ($150 to repair).
