Much so that you could not pick it up. You had to eat the sandwich with a fork. The big issue we had was that the turkey leg was RAW! I picked it open to feed my kids and blood just poured out. We went back to tell them and get a new one and that one looked like it was cooked better until after a few bites in, blood gushed out again. I really hope my kids don't get food poisoning, as I am starting to feel sick already. I wonder how many raw turkey legs they gave out and if anyone else even noticed they were raw. The guy that helped us was nice, but we won't be returning. I advise anyone eating here to pay attention to your food and make sure it is cooked all the way!

The brisket was weirdly a combo of a couple of slices and chopped/shredded. The sliced was sort of moist but the chopped was dry. Cheesy potatoes were definitely cheesy and tasted okay. Baked beans had a really good smoked/bbq flavor. The ribs were tender and tasted pretty good. Their sauce was good too. The banana pudding was pretty good with sliced bananas and full nilla wafers. It was worth a try but I don't think I'll be returning. There are more "my kind of meats" and closer to me BBQ joints but others might like Rick's. I mean the place did get a little busy while I was there and as I left so yeah, obviously others like it!
