The local community has expressed that they have other food trucks that come by occasionally, but we have been coming throughout this summer and those are the trucks we have experienced so far. I have not tried to boba tea truck option yet, but the food for the other trucks are amazing quality! The staff are very friendly and seem to have a genuine passion for what they do. The lot itself has seating including several picnic benches, and some are even covered for the hot summer months! Back to the sauces above, the gravy is a unique, regional feature that enhance already tender turkey-and honestly goes great on everything and anything. The in house BBQ sauce can compete with even some of the best sauces where BBQ sauce is more popular. The sides stand strong alongside the featured meat. Some individual favorites of mine include the brisket and beans and the jalapeno cornbread (highly recommend a bite of the cornbread, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and a homemade jalapeno). As far as the pulled pork goes, I believe they add their version of "gravy" which seems like a pan version of au jus and made the pulled pork seem more "wet" than what I am used to with pulled pork.
