Most of the places I went were overpriced, pushy, and mass produced rings so there was no individuality. I decided to visit diamonds select on a whim while home visiting family. My mom had heard wonderful things about the business and the people who worked there. Upon entering we were greeted by warm hellos. Teri was so gracious and asked important questions to better understand my ring preferences and most importantly my, now fiancées, preferences. She was patient, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. She genuinely listened to the stories my family shared about my relationship and was eager to help find the perfect ring. When I finally found the perfect ring, I discovered it was vastly out of my price range. Teri was so accommodating offering to call other shops and even help reduce the price. But the best part was how she managed to bring the price point down on the very ring I fell in love with, so that I could purchase it. There were lots of happy tears! After purchasing the ring, Teri made sure to have it ready as soon as possible, since I lived out of state. The ring was flawlessly resized and cleaned. It was done earlier than expected and I was able to propose while my fiancée was still home and surrounded by family. The whole experience from start to finish was better than I could have ever hoped. I will be returning there with future business.
