And then got told the same thing about hitting the guy to the question of whether they would be able to get the printing done in time. As we had used them before we thought we would stick with it. Finally got a quote two days later - due to their technical issues with the computer - but really - they could not get me a quote without the computer program??! A this point we went to Bill's copy Shop- did not get the stupid comic routine - got the quote and answers to our questions in a professional way and got the item printed in 24 hours and for 1/3 of the price! It took about a week, maybe even just four days, after placing the order for the sign to be ready. I was given the option to receive the sign by mail or pick it up. Since they're local in Goleta, I decided to have my assistant pick it up. Thanks to their speed, we were able to have the sign up by the weekend. It fit perfectly in the right frame. The quality is top-notch: the sign is sturdy, the print is beautiful, and it's ready to handle all the outdoor elements. Moreover, their pricing is very reasonable. It's a pleasure doing business with a woman-owned company that demonstrates integrity and professionalism. My only minor complaint would be that their location can be a bit tricky to find using GPS. If you're driving out to their place, be sure to get specific directions beforehand to avoid driving all over the neighborhood.
