I had ~30 custom hats made across 2 hat styles, and was deciding between embroidery or heat transfer of what turned out to be a heavily detailed design. He was honest but thoughtful in discussing design constraints, which ultimately led me to being totally blown away by the quality of the final product. It was clear Aaron took the time to have attention to detail to ensure the design and color choice of the heat transfer background would align as best as possible across both hat styles. I ordered 350+ shirts and they charged me ~$16 for 100% cotton Hanes T shirts. They did not have the decency to refund us for some of the shirts that were un-wearable. They gave us a hard time throughout the process. This company needs their hand held for the simple task of creating T-shirts. They lost a huge opportunity with me.
