Altogether I had a great first-time experience at a new-to-me dental practice, which I had…read moreapproached with some apprehension as I had been with my previous dentist for many years. Gina, the Office Manager/Receptionist was very welcoming, and put me at ease. It's a clean and attractive office, with what appears to be fairly new high-tech equipment, including a superfast 360-degree imaging apparatus. And best of all, their bitewing imaging equipment neither hurts your mouth NOR makes you gag, which is a HUGE improvement! John, the Dental Assistant, made sure I was well-protected from rays during all x-rays/imaging, whereas in the past, I'd sometimes had to ask for protective gear. Since I was a new patient, the very personable Dr. Anthony Papinsick himself cleaned my teeth, which goes a long way toward making a patient feel valued. And after his thorough examination of my teeth, thankfully, he reassured me that I had been practicing good dental hygiene! I was able to view my 360-degree images on a large screen on-the-spot(!) while he explained everything I was looking at and let me know what was good (or not), something that's never been available to me at any previous dentist. Both he and John answered all my questions, and let me know what would be happening during the process, all of which seemed to be done using much newer/better tools than I've see before. I left with a good taste in my mouth both literally (refreshing mint mouthwash), and figuratively, due to how comfortable they all made me feel, and because of how well my long-delayed-due-to-Covid dental cleaning went! One tip...the building is behind the ones that front on College Blvd, and the parking lot and "front" entrance are around on the back of the building.

I have experienced a whole new level of unprofessionalism from this business. The mother of the…read moredentist is the front desk person, which explains how they can be so unprofessional!! she should not be representing this business bc she is NOT GOOD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I Paid for there dental plan and did not get my dental work completed with them due to catching covid and canceling my appointment on there text message services, that BTW they DON'T RECEIVE TEXT BACK ON, therefore it becomes the patients responsibility to provide proof that they had covid. BTW GINAThere's a national covid website That you should check out instead of acting as if a paying customer is lying about having covid AND THEREFORE YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICES THAT THE CLIENT PAID FOR IN ADVANCE!!

Kansas Dental Center - A comfortable lobby with a big screen TV showing my favorite HGTV show, "Life on Marrs: Fixer to Fabulous"! I just "had to" stay to watch!
