His communication was optimal before, during, and after my procedure, and his assistant was fabulous. Billing: I was quoted wrong (only quoted coinsurance) and (embarrassingly enough) didn't have a valid card with me to pay for the deductible that was not quoted. I was still allowed to check in without paying for my full deductible. I did however have to place my (inactive) card on file for future charges and signed a form stating the date they would withdrawal.

Gina, the Office Manager/Receptionist was very welcoming, and put me at ease. It's a clean and attractive office, with what appears to be fairly new high-tech equipment, including a superfast 360-degree imaging apparatus. And best of all, their bitewing imaging equipment neither hurts your mouth NOR makes you gag, which is a HUGE improvement! John, the Dental Assistant, made sure I was well-protected from rays during all x-rays/imaging, whereas in the past, I'd sometimes had to ask for protective gear. Since I was a new patient, the very personable Dr. Anthony Papinsick himself cleaned my teeth, which goes a long way toward making a patient feel valued. And after his thorough examination of my teeth, thankfully, he reassured me that I had been practicing good dental hygiene! I was able to view my 360-degree images on a large screen on-the-spot(!) while he explained everything I was looking at and let me know what was good (or not), something that's never been available to me at any previous dentist. Both he and John answered all my questions, and let me know what would be happening during the process, all of which seemed to be done using much newer/better tools than I've see before. I left with a good taste in my mouth both literally (refreshing mint mouthwash), and figuratively, due to how comfortable they all made me feel, and because of how well my long-delayed-due-to-Covid dental cleaning went! Unfortunately I had numerous dental issues that had to be addressed, including extractions, crowns and bridge work. All of my visits were beyond satisfactory, the latest one today being prepped for bridge work. I am scheduled to go back on March 7 for the permanent bridge. The quality of care was exceptional, performed with diligence and kindly concern. The office experience, from ease of scheduling to check-out, was also excellent.
