I've been a patient at Preferred Dental since Dr. Britt had the practice and I'm happy to say that Dr. Ferns office has the same quality, compassion and care. I've gone to many dental offices in my long life and this is by far the best office staff and Dentist I've ever used. My daughter fell and did some damage to her mouth about six years ago. We then moved to Blue Springs and had some unfortunate visits with another dentist till being referred to David Britt. He took his time, built a plan on how and when we would do certain things. More important he explained it so well and my input was taken into consideration with her care. This doctor was the best I have ever experienced and I am 66 years old. I actually went to sleep in a root canal because he was so gentle. His office staff is the best customer service ever, and the quality of the work is excellent. What more could anyone want. In the waiting room his chairs are massage chairs and you can watch a movie while he works on your teeth. I have never had anything as wonderful as this. read more

Dr. Bazar has made me want a better smile. I used to be discourage and embarrassed going to the dentist. However, now I love going! I look forward to my 6 month check ups. I recently got a crown put on. Before I had my appointment, many of my associates filled my head with negative comments about getting a crown. During my procedure, I kept waiting for the bad parts to happen, but Dr. Bazar was so gentle, it was over before I knew it! All of the office staff make me feel welcome and comfortable. They are extremely helpful and polite. I also bring my 2 young daughters to see Dr. Bazar. I am relieved to actually take my daughter to a Dr. and her not be scared. After her 1st visit, she doesn't hestiate when I tell her it's her turn for an appointment! Anytime she losed a tooth, one of the 1st people she wants to tell is Dr. Bazar! I moved here from California about 2 years ago. Last September my 10yo son got a tooth ache and Preferred Dental was only a half mile from my house. New to the area, I decided to give them a try. I took him in for an exam and the dentist told me to get him a cleaning and a tooth extraction because it was broken. It was a bit pricey and he did not have insurance. They told me I could save money if I pay for a family plan($200). This way, his mom could get a discount on a cleaning also. Well, I had 3 strokes, heart attack and was hospitalized for 6 weeks with 3 weeks in a coma do to complications. (Jan-Feb)I returned home and received a bill from Preferred Dental for $50 missed appointment fee. I thought it was a mistake, because we did not have an appointment. Seems they made an appointment for him after his first cleaning: Which I have no memory of. I took the bill to Preferred Dental and tried to explain. It was obvious, they did not care. I paid and left. Well thanks for the cleaning and extraction that cost more than $500. Ill never go back. read more

I've been going to Preferred Dental for a year and a half now, and I could not be happier. The office itself is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and responsive, and the hygienist is super friendly and does a great job. My appointments are always on time, and I've never had to wait. But, more importantly, I really value Dr Britt's expertise. My smile is very important to me, and I've had a lot of dental work in the past. Dr. Britt does a great job explaining to me what is going on with my teeth and what we need to keep an eye on. He gives me information in language that I can understand, so that I can make my own, informed decision for the care of my teeth. They also do a good job of explaining what your dental work is going to cost, which you just don't seem to see anymore. 5 big stars. read more
