I was told by the scheduler that I would not need to get them from my prior dental provider and if any were done, I wouldn't be responsible. This was misleading as that is not the case. It seemed to me that they wanted the more expensive x-rays to sell me Invisalign. I was charged and paid but I didn't realize what I was being charged with in January when I went in for a filling. I have been trying to get this resolved with them ever since and the communication with them is horrible! They tell me they will call me back but after multiple calls and them telling me that they will call me back, I am still waiting for resolution. Frustrated with the service and lack of transparency.

His appointment was rescheduled the first time because they said they wanted to have time to do a "full evaluation." Okay fine. Made a new appointment. At that point they take a look at his mouth and after five minutes say well it's definitely your wisdom teeth causing this pain. They all need to come out, we can do it as soon as tomorrow. Okay....at this point we should have trusted our guts and gotten a second opinion. They didn't even do a "full evaluation." But my husband was in so much pain, we booked an appointment to have all his wisdom teeth removed. During that appointment they did little to nothing to control his pain, but we were hopeful he would soon feel better. A week after he had his teeth pulled the excruciating pain was back - they offer "emergency services" so we called back after hours, but never received a call back. Okay...finally they get him in and tell him, oh no the real problem is you need a root canal, but sorry you used your allotment of insurance for dental services on the wisdom teeth extraction so it will be $1000 out of pocket. Obviously we won't be having these individuals perform any additional dental services, as they appeared to have committed malpractice in our case. Just a fair warning to those who may be looking for dental care that goes above and beyond a normal cleaning.
