I've never been so disappointed in a bouquet I've bought before. Half of the flowers in the vase were nearly dead already, with many of them not even being the same flowers (I'm aware of the replacement policy, but man, these did not live up to what was offered at all). The vase advertised wasn't even in stock, and they gave me a random one that didn't look nearly as nice. I paid $80 for the bouquet, but it feels like robbery: it shouldn't have been more than $40 with what I got. This was supposed to be the PREMIUM version, too! Update review: I spoke with the manager Martin (I believe) and he apologized but then stated the premium roses is a set recipe that is 24 roses. I asked him why the photo they advertise online is waaaaaay different than what was delivered. He said it's a set recipe and that was it. Offered to resend another order-I declined. I was so disappointed on the customer service and even more upset that he had the audacity to argue with me about the recipe with no real definitive reasoning as to why my mother got a standard looking bouquet when I paid for premium. I was being nice by asking for the difference of the above standard bouquet which was about 20ish dollars to be refunded to me. He said he would email me Monday and it has been now 3 weeks and NO REFUND WAS EVER MADE! So not only does this business advertise falsely compared to what you actually get....The manager will not keep his word and argue with the paying customer. Also I should mention that my Facebook review he or someone who runs their page commented by insulting me stating that I probably never give any good reviews. He clearly doesn't understand the premise and basis of reviews. If my mom received the bouquet they advertised they would have got a good review. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I do NOT know how this place has 5 stars...let alone still open. I got up at 530am to place my mother flowers for her wedding anniversary. Mind you this is the first anniversary since my dad died. I called at 130 to check the status and the guy I spoke too was clueless. Put me on hold to eventually tell me they didn't see it and that it will be taken out in an hour. I call back in an hour to check the status...because they were to be delivered to my mother's office and she would be leaving work in an hour and half...and the lady passed the phone to another lady who was more clueless than the guy I spoke to. She could not tell me what orders went out other than the last shipment was already out for the day. I asked would I be notified if it was delivered and she said "I don't know that information probably not." I asked if this was standard protocol and she said "I don't know..." given the meaning of these flowers and believe me that was disclosed with no sense of urgency to help me further....I. WILL. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Found them online as they are near my wife's job. I ordered a bouquet for delivery on Valentine's Day and it never showed up. . I called multiple times and finally got someone at 4:35 PM who promised that it was on the way though he never asked my name, order number or anything so how he knew that was beyond me. . After griping he took down my info and said he would call me back after he spoke to the delivery driver blaming delays on the rain. There isn't that much rain in the world. . Well, Valentine's Day came and went with NO FLOWERS!!! I showed up to the store today to get my refund and supposedly the only person who can process a refund isn't there today. Paid extra for Valentine's Day flower delivery. Day came and went. Nothing delivered, no phone call or status update. Wife's smile a little less curved by the end of the day. Credit card charged. Phone call to store is met with a person who barely speaks english. She keeps trying to hang up the phone and urges to call back when her supervisor is there. This is the worst flower shop I have used. I had place an order for flowers to be delivered at a viewing at 4:00 once I arrived to the viewing at 5:30 the flowers weren't there yet! The morning of my sisters wedding day, she realized she forgot to get a bouquet for the tea ceremony in the morning. Everything is closed in the morning on Sunday's. HORRIBLE!!! Never again will I purchase from this location. I ordered a premium bouquet to be delivered for mother's day and received a disappointing item. I decided to drive to the shop after I got out of work and showed them the picture of what I had ordered vs. what was delivered to my mom. The employees at the shop stated they might have delivered the wrong item to the wrong place. I told them to just fix the problem and I would be on my way. I was disappointed when I bought flowers from this place during Mother's Day. They were really overcharging due to the holiday for very plain and simple arrangements that I could have purchased for half the price from the grocery store or from street vendors. I was desperate and ended up buying it, but not again. On top of that, the person taking my order did not ask me how many flowers I wanted in each bouquet nor did she give me options. But claims that I did. She also wanted to charge me for 12 roses when in fact they only used 6 and the rest were carnations. Posted to Facebook Feb, 17, 2018: I ordered flowers for my boyfriend's mother since her birthday is Valentine's day. I was looking for a local store near them so the flowers would arrive on time and with everything together, so I picked Aroos since they had five stars on google and facebook and everywhere else I saw them. They're also right down the street from where my boyfriend and his mother live. I placed my order online (Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet) on the 6th of February asking for the delivery on the 14th. AND I remember clicking the no substitutions button... I kept checking my email expecting something to be wrong with my order since I asked for it to not be substituted. The 14th rolls around and I've been waiting all day for these flowers to show up at her house. I called the store twice earlier in the morning and no one picked up. I tried again in the afternoon and a gentleman picked up. I asked him about my order and he was clueless and tried to check his system before telling me that online orders where still on the truck and he had to check if it was still there and they'd be delivering soon. Hours go by and still no flowers! I call them again and a different gentleman picks up and he's even more clueless. He tells me they're already out delivering, the truck left two hours ago, and it will be there in 5 minutes. at 7pm I called again... The second gentleman picked up. I asked him about my flowers and how come they haven't been delivered yet and he's still not sure what to do. He tells me that the delivery is 5 minutes away from the house and it will be there shortly and then he takes my number down to call me for confirmation of the delivery. At 7:30pm the flowers finally arrive... 7 at night. I've been waiting all day for these flowers to show up for my boyfriend's mother's birthday and they arrive at night. AND to make matters worse they substituted the entire arrangement. Instead of the floral printed tea cup, she has a cheap looking striped vase. And the roses aren't cream and pink, they are pink with dark pink tips. I waited all day for these flowers, and they aren't even what I ordered! Btw No one has called me back at all! Update as of Feb, 25, 2018: Due to a request from the store on facebook I called the store again. A man picked up and "transferred" me over to someone who could help. A Gentleman called Martin who oversees the store and isn't a manager but helps the managers out, offered me a refund. Out of a $54 order, he said he can only refund me the amount for the vase which is only $7-$10... or another flower arrangement (which after last time- no more flowers from here). He wasn't entirely helpful and wasn't the friendless and he really kept making excuses about the mistake. "It's the busiest day of the year" "They didn't check the online order" "substitution are used in every flower shop" It goes on. As someone that's worked in retail and understands how busy things can get for different holidays, there's really no excuse for not checking the details of an order. Still pretty upset with this flower shop. I won't be ordering from them again. However all I can honestly thank them for is getting the refund done on the same day. read more
