I was at a corporate event and they hired Aromatears. Aromatears was involved in managing the aroma workshops. We had a fun time. The smells aroma inscense smelled nice. We were given premixed oil and was told to addthe scent in. The event was well organized and we had a fun time.

What a fantastic and exciting class: DIY soy candle making! I purchased $30 voucher for $15 at Groupon and then booked soy candle making class. (You can choose other course too) I chose black/gold glass made container set for $48. Which means $48-$30(voucher)=$18(amount you need to pay at class, plus tax) At end from your pocket, $15(at Groupon)+$18(at class)=$33 for two different scented jars. Not bad deal. The instructor taught me all details and very patient until perfect timing to move to next step. I learned rainy day takes extra time to make it solid and it took while but I was very satisfied with result. This is the perfect place for girls day out for any generation. A little tight for big party but for 3-4 people, it's fun place for DIY activity. Why 4 starts then? They have tons of oils around the wall but for soy candles, the variety is limited. I wish they had more green and woody smells.

Designer choice - fusia pink and white (white roses were wilted and flowers weren't arranged nicely)

FLOWERS WEREN'T AS FRESH AND ARRANGED NICELY When you spend about $65 for flowers to be delivered, you would expect the flowers to be fresh. The white roses were wilted. It was an additional $15 to have it delivered which I think that's a bit pricy especially from Burnaby to Vancouver. Their site was not as organized to order as you can choose time and date. Wanted it to be delivered around 12 but it came around 4. They did mention 12-3, but really hoped they took consideration for it to be delivered around that time when told them I wanted that time in case the person goes to work, etc. What I bought : designer choice - fusia pink and white The wrap looks beautiful, but the flowers were not. Most were already getting wilted (white roses) and not arranged pretty like it was on the site. My friend sent the photo and I was a bit disappointed as what I saw on the site looks more arranged beautifully. This just looks like random flowers without it being nicely arranged compared to most flower shops. This is my experience, but was surprised how the flowers didn't meet my expectations. It Looked like leftover flowers bundled up lol. Wouldn't go here again if you're buying for someone. For it to be called designer choice, I don't see any elegance or class to the arrangement. You're paying for the wrap around the flowers than the flowers itself. Attached a photo

I give even a star for their beautiful packaging. I usually love their soap flowers but didn't expect to receive something completely opposite from what I expected. I ordered fresh peonies and had expectations. And these are not even a quality flowers! They look beat up and sick and much much smaller than the pictures. If i knew i was getting the flowers i got, i would have never got them for someones birthday. I feel like they were just trying to deceive me by their beautiful wrapping. Street peonies that are sold in downtown are much cheaper $15/ bunch and more fresh beautiful than their fresh flowers.

I was at a cafe right next to Aroma Tears called Juillet (beautiful cafe btw) with one of my friends when I smelt something absolutely beautiful. It immediately intrigued me so I stepped inside. I was taken back immediately--with an aromatic, relaxing smell and a beautiful display of all sorts of knick knacks like diffusers, candles, perfumes, and most importantly, flowers, I knew that I would love this place immediately. After my first encounter, I booked an appointment to make my own perfume! They had a variety of different scents (even ones from high end perfume scents like Jo Malone, Chloe, Dolce Gabanna, etc.,) and they provide such an amazing customer support for a very affordable price. I also got to make a room spray for free as a part of their promotion! The total came out to about 40 dollars for a 60ml custom perfume and 100ml room spray which is definitely worth it. Second, I bought flowers for a friends' graduation. I sent them a bunch of flower inspirations of what I wanted, but I think I should've been a bit more clear, given that the result wasn't EXACTLY what I wanted. But they scent all their flowers which lasts for a really long time (mine still smells nice and its been over a year). I didn't photograph it very well, but from afar, I think it looked really nice! Lastly, I brought all my friends to get our grad corsages and they turned out so well! A lot of ours broke after a while which was a pity because they were about 60 dollars for the boutonniere and the corsage which are supposed to last forever, but they were beautiful when they were first made. Overall, I would definitely recommend to go here for special occasions or events where you want to support your loved ones or even for yourself!

We bought two groupons before the lockdown. We originally were going to go in April but obviously that didn't work out so well. Luckily, the expiration of the groupon vouchers were extended. They offer several workshops: perfume, candle and diffuser. We opt for the perfume making workshop. There is a quite a big selection of scent to choose from although one of the scent that I wanted was out of stock. That kind of messed up my scent combination a bit. My boyfriend and I were making a scent for each other and now I think my scent smells more feminine than masculine whoops. The staff are very kind and they wear a mask while working. Their workshops are good for couples and girls dates. Their Groupon is still available for purchase. The voucher is good for $30 equivalent of workshop fee. We paid a $9 extra each for a bigger bottle. They also have pretty flower arrangements available for purchase. I definitely want to try their other workshops as well in future.

Zero Communication, Missing Flowers, and No Accountability…read more Been waiting for valentines flowers all day, the tracking link kept saying "waiting for information" and showed no progress on the delivery bar. During our 6 hour delivery window, I got no text, call, email or tracking updates at any point during the delivery process. I had trouble getting a call through to the florist shop, when they finally picked up, they told us the flowers had been delivered 6 hours ago? If the flowers were delivered, they were no longer there. I understand that delivery is outsourced to a third party, however, you have a responsibility to ensure delivery updates are communicated to your customer. The tracking link you provide should work and be updated, and if not, you should contact your customer about the issue and offer some sort of solution. The florist refused to do anything and said they must wait for the delivery company to respond before they can do anything. They refused to offer any refund, compensation or replacement. This is a terrible way to treat your customers left without flowers on valentines day. I will be disputing this credit card charge. Terrible experience.

He spent days looking for the perfect everlasting roses. He had specifications such as, for the roses to have more than one colour and for them to be in a box. Finally, he came across this place after looking. He was so excited to bring these roses home, because they fit what he wanted. They were beautiful! The night he gave them to me, nobody has done what he's done and gone over and beyond for me. Instantly, once I saw them I was in tears. Nonstop crying from how happy I was. This blew me away and it was something I've been wanting for years now. Thank you guys for making that night so special for us!

The bouquet was tiny, the flowers are already old, yet the cost suggested something much more substantial. The pricing vs. quality feels completely out of sync, and the presentation did not match expectations at all. This location is the much worse lotus florist than the Brentwood mall location. This experience felt misleading, and I wouldn't come back or recommend it to others. RUN. UPDATE: In response to the manager's private comment--some issues can't be resolved behind the scenes. When customers pick up flowers they've paid for and pre-ordered days in advance, they reasonably expect them to be fresh and presentable. Receiving withered blooms and leaves damaged by insects on an important occasion is unacceptable. Not everyone has the time to wait for a fix, especially on the day the flowers are needed. This review is public and remain on the top so future customers can be aware of real experiences and make informed decisions, rather than risk running into the same situation. Hopefully this review helps people out.

I got what I was looking for, but also found other very beautiful plants and flowers for next time! The owner was very nice and kind. She watered my plant a little bit before handing it to me and told me how to take care of it. I also asked her about other plants and she took her time to tell me about them even though she was busy with paperwork. I just found the security guy a tad bit irritating as the shop was small and there are plants everywhere, so there wasn't a lot of space to move around. He was there every time I turn around. He kind of deterred me from browsing the plants for the future because I felt that I was watched and there's the whole social distancing and crowdedness/small space etc etc. Great plants!
