There are two parts to the restaurant. The downstairs bakery section and upstairs garden room. Truly one of the most stunning restaurants I have seen and I've been to many. The food is top notch for brunch and dinner but I'm obsessed with their avocado toast, salmon toast and even just a simple side of eggs was perfectly prepared. They go the extra mile on presentation and service and always everyone greets you warmly.

There are two dining areas and a fascinating little store that sells tea, jewelry, designer clothes and in the hallway, beauty products (I think). Note: It is quite dark. I felt really old because I needed my phone light to read the menu, but our much younger waiter also had trouble seeing to process our credit card lol. Service was kind and professional. Tuscan food is unusual for us and we don't eat many of the ingredients, so our selections were a bit limited. Happily, we both found dishes that we enjoyed. My husband had chicken breast, which came with a salad snd sweet potato puree. The salad dressing was so light and lemony. I want to come back just for that. My white fish was Mediterranean in style and cooked in a sauce of cherry tomato, artichokes, olives and capers. It was delicious, but enough for two or three meals, so I took some home. Our meals came with herbed crisp breads and herb butter. They have a nice selection of teas and I absolutely loved the white tea with flower petals and lychee. Overall, a great find.

Great view in general but I was not impressed by the service. Overall when I was there the service…read morewas a bit lacking - took us a long time to get water, place our order, and they forgot to bring us the bread until mid way through our meal. To add to that, they forgot the butter with our bread and we had to let them know. This might be because we're close to the window so we're seated further than some other tables. But given the price point, I expected more attentiveness especially since the table next to us was receiving everything in a timely manner. Food was average - I would say this restaurant is definitely more for the view.

We didn't have a reservation so we put our names down for a table of 4 and took a walk down by the water. Once we received the text notifying us that our table was ready we were seated at a lovely table with a great view of the water. Service during lunch was pretty spotty, our server disappeared for large chunks of time throughout and when one of my friends ordered a wellness shot our server said that he wouldn't like it and that it would make him feel weird. The complimentary pastries to start were a nice touch and my friends loved their enfrijoladas. I ordered the eggs with wild mushrooms and asked for a side of the vegetables but it showed up with ham on top instead which was a bummer. My husband got the duck sandwich and said that it was fine. Overall lunch was ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here and would not recommend this to friends coming to Mexico City.
