I ordered it online and had it delivered to his school on his birthday! He was so surprised and loved it he carried it everywhere that night and with him to dinner. It was one of my closest friend's birthday and I wanted to do something special for her. Prior to the COVID year she would go all out for her birthday and dress up really fun on her special day at work. She wasn't feeling that excited for her birthday so I wanted to find something nice to give to her at work. Dundee florist was on the way so I decided to stop in and take a look. I hadn't been inside before though I knew it was always there. When I walked in I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. Then I realized I could go inside the cooler and choose a few blooms on my own! That was extra fun, I chose six different colored roses and a few filler flowers and it turned out just lovely. Simple and pretty. A gentleman offered to wrap them for me and I even purchased a card too! I love being able to support a small business especially one that made it through COViD year! As I was not there to receive the item and didn't have a high resolution photo as proof, I was not able to submit for an item refund on DoorDash. I then called the florist directly who was rude and dismissive. They told me that they would not help me or make a refund for the missing item on the order- that I need to contact DoorDash if I had an issue with the order. When I tried to explain why I couldn't, because I didn't have a photo, again, dismissive. Oh well. As a result, I paid an up charge for absolutely nothing and have no way of getting a return for the missing item that they got paid for. I will not use this florist again, mostly because I was completely disappointed by their lack of customer service and frankly, their dismissive tone to a new customer who spent $126.43. While it wasn't cool paying six dollars for a balloon that wasn't delivered, it was the fact that this company was not only not apologetic about it, made no attempt to remedy it. I used them specifically as I wanted to support Local. Next time I will go through Hy-Vee.

They have beautifully pre-arranged bouquets or single stem flowers so you can arrange your own. All of the flowers are in beautiful condition and they have a really cool variety full of unique varaites and colors that allows you to tap into your creative side. While the flowers are the MAIN event, they also have a few other unique and beautiful products including candles, books, and pottery. This is such a fun store to explore and will definitely be visiting again to curate a beautiful bouquet for my next dinner party!
