I was shopping a few doors down for a dinner party, and was planning to head to Hy-Vee to look for flowers when I spotted this place which looked like a small business. I like to arrange my own flowers, so I was looking for a fresh loose flowers. I explained to the florist what I was looking for and she immediately asked me what story or color concept I was looking for and started making suggestions. She ended up recommending a beautiful collection of flowers that I knew I could do something special with. Including a neat blue globe for soul which I think just made a bouquet extra exotic and fun! This store has a huge emphasis on the gifts and other items and the floral part is more in back. They didn't have much in the way of premade flower arrangements you could just pick up and walk away with, but this trip worked really well for my purpose. I was creating a floral center piece for my nephew's funeral and was looking for a Bird of Paradise, his favorite flower, to add to the spray. After trying numerous florist shops in Omaha, Ever-Bloom called their Wholesaler to look for one and were informed there weren't any. However, Ever-Bloom was called back to say an unopened box did have Bird of Paradise. Ever-Bloom went out to pick it up for me at 7:00 a.m. so I could have it by 8:30 the morning of the funeral to complete my arrangement. I just stopped in to pick up some hand soap from Benson Soap Mill, they have a great assortment of local items like the soap, Lulubee chocolates, greeting cards and more. Vanessa herself etches these fun Essential AF wine tumblers, which I think would be a fantastic gift. You can see in the photos just how many cool and fun items you can gift to all the loved ones in your life. But, don't let that minimize just how wonderful the flowers here are. Simply the best. So, I've been at this flower-giving thing for a while now. Perhaps, you would think, I would learn my lesson and avoid getting myself into so much trouble? But, alas, no, I'm either not that smart, or, just as plausible, have suffered far too many concussions to remember. Regardless, Ever-Bloom seems to understand just what, "can you help me with some flowers" means for each self-imposed situation I may find myself. This time, however, I am remarkably NOT in trouble and wanted to fill a vase (that I had just purchased at Borsheims with zero direction in mind post-purchase). I ordered the "Premium" Holiday Glow Centerpiece as a Christmas gift and am very disappointed by the image that I received from the person I gifted it to when it arrived. It looks closer to a smaller version of the "deluxe" or even just the "standard". Half the size that the "premium" should have been. I really wanted to blow them away with a substantial center piece that really made an impression but this was absolutely not that. Very little like the image on the website when I ordered. Not worth $139.09. I was trying to support a local business rather than going through Proflowers.com like I usually do but I will not be ordering from Ever-Bloom again. read more

The store is inviting from the moment you walk in, beautiful and tasteful home decor to the scent of seasonal candles and flowers. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about flowers and plants. She will even prepare an arrangement in your own vase if you bring one in. OR you can purchase your arrangement in one of her vases which range from Contemporary to classic. She locally sources her flowers during season which is amazing! And she sells other local goodies such as soaps, greeting cards, jewelry and art! I have used many florists before I came to Everbloom over 5 years ago when we made the best decision to have them do the arrangements for our daughter's wedding. I have never had a florist who tried to know me, my family or was so helpful in what would be the perfect arrangement. Jennifer has become my go to person anytime I need a floral arrangement. She had been fantastic to work with and even developed a code for me for my wife because I became to predictable. I ordered a set of floral arrangements, on behalf of 3 couples, for a memorial service in the Millard area. Since I am in Seattle, I was completely dependent on the Yelp reviews and they were right on. The arrangements (see photo) were lovely. The memorial service was for someone born in Holland and as you can see, Ever-Bloom did an amazing job using tulips - the flower of Holland - and representing the 3 couples. In addition, I asked them to design something where the two family members could take an arrangement from the service. Each arrangement that I've received and gifted to others from Ever-Bloom has been gorgeous in design. They have fresh (and often locally sourced) flowers and I've been able to keep my arrangements for longer than a week! I also appreciate that they can fulfill my request for fragrant blooms. Definitely now my go-to florist in town! I love their style of arrangements, much more unique than some of the stuffy arrangement I'm used to from other places. They source some of their supplies from local farms and clearly have a broad knowledge of flowers and the industry. When you walk in the store you will be greeted with a wonderful, sweet smell of flowers. I was pleasantly surprised by their gift shop. I will come back just to browse around more. Wonderful cards, gifts, and decor for purchase. Located in a renovated plaza at 90th & Center, they are conveniently located with plenty of parking. The amazing arrangement we made would only run about $25 and even less if certain flowers were swapped out. I love that they get their blooms from local farmers and support other artisans. By far the biggest mistake I did was ording from this florist. I ordered an arrangement for my sister's birthday from Ever-bloom's website. What was delivered looked completely different I mean NOT close at all to I ordered. When ordering I requested to be contacted if the purchased arrangement was not available. No one contacted me. Therefore I believed they were able to replicate the purchased arrangement. WRONG. When I called I spoke to the manager (Jennifer Bellevue location) who argued with me stating I got what I requested, and that they did not get notice to contact me. Jennifer stated that her order from did not state to contact me. I said would like to send her a picture of what I ordered compared to what was received she said she saw it and it is exactly the same. She then gave me her personal AOL email address. I then asked Jennifer if I can speak to the owner or have contact information to call or email. The manager then stated they do not have an owner. I said are you telling me that your floral shop is not owned by anyone. She said Teleflora owns it I then repeated the question stating teleflora is franchise but you shop has an owner. Jennifer then said she will give the owner my information to contact me (I knew what that meant brush off). Jennifer even argued with regarding what I paid for the arrangement. Even if it was $2 (which it wasn't) you should treat your customers well. As a small business owner myself I always try to support local businesses which is why I choose this store. And as a small business owner you live and breathe on customer service, consistently, and how you respond to issues. This shop treated me like they did me a favor fulfilling my order. Ever-Bloom avoided helping or acknowledging that what I was expecting was not what I received and then lied ("we don't have an owner"). Sadly I'll go back to ordering from big flora (exp Pro Flowers). At least you know what you're getting and if not available customer service assist accordingly. read more

I attended a DIY yelp event here to learn how to arrange flowers into a unique creation. What do you get when you combine a room of beautiful women, an inspiringly creative space, and gorgeous flowers? A night of unforgettable flower arranging! I adored our time at Everbloom, where we sampled wine and small bites from spirit world and wandered around admiring the furnishings, decor, art, and design gift trinkets. Jennifer (owner) and Andrea (staff, and artist of the paintings!) were warm, welcoming, fashionable, and great with teaching! Then, of course the simple 101 flower class. My little arrangement stole my heart and I loved learning how to put it together. This shop is the cutest ever!!! Walking around in there makes me feel like Anthropologie and a flower shop had a baby. A really fabulous baby. LOVE this store and can't wait to come on another occasion to shop!!!! They made 4 beautiful arrangements for a party I was hosting at my house. They were more beautiful than I imagined and the size and dimensions worked perfectly for what I needed. Everbloom Floral is a very nice florist that is right off 36th and 370. Once you walk in, you're welcomed by s lot of decor, flowers, and very nice employees. I've bought flowers a few times from them on a last minute decision. They're open until 5pm, and each time that I've gone, I would call them to see if I can be there a few minutes after 5. Luckily, they've been able to accommodate me and I really appreciate that. You do not see that kind of helpful service anymore. They're one-of-a-kind and you can tell they love their job. read more
