I stopped and talked to them for a bit to get the gist of the shop. They were excited to tell me about their products and classes offered! The retail space is made for many different vendors to showcase and sell their products. They had such a fun variety! They do not offer classes here but the lady working that afternoon was able to suggest another place for lessons. As you can see from the pictures, it's a small shop but carries bolts of fabric in a rainbow of colors, shades, prints and designs. They also sell quilting supplies, patterns, books, thread, notions, etc. Since I'm not a quilter (yet), I have no comparison for the fabric pricing although quilting specialty shops tend to have very quality product made for durability. My purpose in coming here was to drop off a quilt top made by my great-grandmother decades ago and have it finished which is another service they provide. In a few weeks, I can post a picture of the finished product! Again, the person working was great in helping to offer various options and guide my selections since I am a complete novice.

The classroom at the back of the shop offers a quieter, more private (and perhaps less intimidating for the new knitter) space and perhaps even an area to block larger pieces. If you are a visitor to Omaha, seek out this shop. You will find some options not found at other shops in the area -- including an excellent selection by local dyers. We came to him late in the game, early December, and he didn't give up. The product arrived from the East coast and Corporate Creations was able to embroider them all with our Company logo in time for the Holidays. The product he found was perfect, his accommodation, persistence and professionalism was more than we could have expected, and is greatly appreciated. He is always pleasant to speak with as well.
