It has to be a lime, I know lemons are cheaper, but a lime and a lemon have two different tastes and a lime belongs to a Pad Thai. Please, spare those extra bucks and upgrade to limes. My friend had the green curry and was not impressed either, as she only got rice with sauce, there were literally no vegetables in the dish nor really any taste. I don't know if we came at a bad day where they had ran out of ingredients, but being such a huge thai food fan, the food was really disappointing - especially when getting such a positive experience from the staff from the moment you step in and see the great atmosphere. I got 50% discount! Well only because of Yelps special week deal, not because of pulls up :) - I also found their coffee interesting. It was something new for me- The system is Growers cup. Its basically bag with coffee, where you just add hot water and than you wait 3-6 minutes and than you can pour. One bag is for two cups (people). Price was 30 Dkk, which was not so bad - at the end I have to mention the bathroom, which is for Danish standard, quite huge and really stylish. Then I think Protein-Baren might be the place for you. The shop is currently a mom and son stop, where Frank is in front taking orders and his sweet mother is sweating behind the scenes putting together delicious high protein wraps and sandwiches. They have a fancy app that's coming out in August so you can order your food ahead of time so you don't have to wait to eat (and even if you don't do that, the wait's not very long), but I highly recommend unloading for a while (bonus points if you're unwinding after some heavy squats) and hanging out while you eat: it's quite *hyggeligt* inside.

The cashier was very kind, and she gave us her recommendations on what to try. She even spoke to me in English (although she didn't have to!). I also decided on trying out a pain au chocolat. Wow, just simply wow. Their pastries are still buttery and fluffy while remaining amazingly vegan, and their ingredients are high quality. The "cheeses" did not taste like plastic, no, but tasted similar to authentic cheese. The croissant sandwich was full of flavors and everything on the brunch platter was delicious. I especially loved how they decorated and seasoned the avocado (and it was ripe!) The matcha latte was a lovely wake up, especially after I had a horrible matcha latte the day prior. After about an hour or so, we were both eyeing their options of "cheesecakes" and decided on sharing a slice of their pecan option. It is basically a cream puff the size of a child's fist. Oh my, one of my faves from Denmark. The vanilla whipped cream inside was so light and not to sweet. The dough did not get soggy. On the contrary, the bottom of the pastry was crunchy and sweet. Almost like the bottom of an almond croissant. I also recommend their vegan, raw cakes. Deep rich chocolate is involved, yay!
